Trophy Shop — Attraction in Johnson City

Like the genius that I am, I decided to wait until 3 days before my graduation to shop for accessories. Not the smartest move since I wanted specialty items to showcase my social work honor society status. I found the perfect stole at The Trophy Shop BUT I’m all the way in Texas. Phil provided unmatched, OUTSTANDING customer service from start to finish including personally bringing it to the post office to be shipped to insure it would arrive in time for my big day. He and Chris were personable, funny, and just all around great guys. Why can’t everyone do business like this?! I am so glad God brought me to their website because the ordering was quick and thanks to Phil’s personal attention I can relax knowing my stole will be here on time with no worries AND my look will be PERFECT when I walk across the stage....

Excellent customer service! Chris went above and beyond to help make a last minute Christmas gift idea for my husband a reality. When I couldn’t find the product I wanted here locally he helped order it so it would be delivered to the shop, making sure my husband didn’t see it. They did a custom order engraving on a yeti cup for my dad for Christmas. We celebrate early because my dad is a truck driver and doesn’t often have holidays reliably off. They had it finished by the time I needed. They followed my request exactly with the font, with the placement of “love you, dad”, and engraving above the original yeti symbol.
