They had the cashier for the lobby asking people to wait on her while she was the drive thru runner. She read back to me the order as I placed it. We were given our drink cups and given a table tent number so that they would prepare our order and bring it out to us. Up to this point we had no problem with the way we were treated. The manager brought part of the order to us and I asked regarding a missing sandwich. He puffed up and demanded that we had not ordered another sandwich. From his treatment I was offended and he went behind the counter and I asked for a refund, he came back around the corner with a threatening posture as if he were going to hit me. I told him "you better back up old man and get my money back " he responded I can call the police on you and I responded that I can call just as well ". He decided that wasn't going to work out to well and went back behind the register to get my refund. Still mouthing off at me he said " you prayed over your food and then act like this, that's just like you Christians to set this kind of example ". I responded that being a Christian doesn't mean that I will allow him to treat me like this. He worked on my refund and I apologized for anything that I might've done wrong and he calmed down and apologized also with a hand shake and refund we went across the street to arby's for a nice...
Read moreI’ve been to this place a three times now however have yet to actually have a good experience. This place is kinda filthy and understaffed most of the time and rude 100% of the time . I stopped in tonight to grab a few burgers while waiting a lady came in demanding a refund because of long wait time , in the mean time I get my food which I wasn’t happy with to start as I asked for one cheese and was 2 on both ( we had an entire discussion how I only wanted one slice of cheese because my previous experience was a burger that had more cheese than meat, she even tells me that’s its company policy is only one slice) So again why we got 2 slices for ? Reluctantly I decided to eat it only to find my bottom bus on both to be very dry and stale ( was even hard to the touch ) So I bring this to attention and am immediately met with hostility During this time she is on the phone with her gm and she says “I’m tired of these idiots “ to her gm Also during this time another customer walks in .. not to order but again for a refund for long wait

Read moreWe just had an incredibly wholesome experience at our local Hardee’s on Roan St. where they really made sure that their drink special was truly gluten free. And even tho it turned out it wasn’t after they told us it was, they still didn’t hesitate admitting the mistake! And then we collaborated to use the cherry concentrate (the limited time part of their special drink and what I’m interested in) and I ended up with hi-c orange 🍊 with the cherry concentrate which is very refreshing BTW and if one of the employees hadn't suggested it i wouldn't have thought of it. I’m so touched by their kindness; even the words they used were super kind and they didn’t rush us through the line, which I find so common these days (getting rushed), and they were all huddled around the lemonade carton to read each and every ingredient and looking for the certified gf note that I need for certainty, and in view of the drive-thru window, without me asking- their proactive and thorough nature is unexpected and very appreciated because I have celiac, not a dietary preference but a true and challenging gluten allergy-- and they did not let me just brush it off.
