Beyond Hello Johnstown Dispensary (Premium Outlet) — Attraction in Johnstown

Very kind and respectful staff, who truly abide by their company's name. At Beyond/Hello you're not just another patient number or dollar sign walking in. They truly care about your health concerns and needs, and are willing to talk with you for however long you need. I had a very positive experience with staff here, personally. The girl that helped me was not only knowledgeable, but also made me feel so very comfortable because we shared a lot similar experiences, regarding health conditions and the products we used in order to help those conditions. At Beyond/Hello, it's like having a little family/support system, which makes any patient feel better and not so alone with their own disorder or disease. Product wise, for the area, this Johnstown dispensary carries and has about the same products/amount of products that other close by dispensaries carry (e.g. Herbology in Altoona). I have seen some overall better flower strains at this location, as I prefer a higher THC content, (25% or higher for flower), as well as a greater selection of concentrates and cartridges. It's great that we have a dispensary in Johnstown now but the staff here to be lacking training and customer service skills. Typically the weight is 30 minutes to an hour whenever other people are walking in and out with after I have arrived. For five visits now. Because they linked my caregiver to somebody else's account.. t so now I have to suffer with long wait times until they get it figured out in your system... they had to call and confirm info on my med card..

now today a fella down there working got an attitude with my caregiver because of this and her not knowing my patient ID which I don't even know. It's not even listed on our patient ID so how do you expect a caregiver to know it.

we go to the trouble of registering or caregivers online in linking them to our MMJ card.. there shouldn't be much more involved in that you have in your system that they're the caregiver that should be it ID presented CAREGIVER card presented there should be no problem.

But yet there still continues to be an issue..

I would only recommend this dispensary from my current experience with them if you have no way to get to another one nearby.

Excellent dispensary! It was one of my first times ever in a dispensary and Beyond/Hello had a comfortable professional environment along with helpful educated staff. They took the time to help me decide which products would benefit me along with providing me with a nice sports bag and a set of documents that really helped me understand terpenes and the effects of my medication. I really loved the New Patient Appreciation too it was a really nice touch to my visit and wallet. Overall they had a nice selection of all products and the prices were definitely more fair then other places.
