When I first called here to see how much it cost the guy on the phone tell me the price and that I was going To need an appointment I was in a hurry because it was last minute, but the guy had told me he can fit me in. He was leaving early, but he will take me. There was kind of hard to find one business inside of another business, but neither the last when I got in the gentleman was very professional. It was no wait, he took me right away. I filled out the paperwork. He explained everything to me the whole process before, and after which I greatly appreciate. With doing the fingerprinting, he was very gentle and moving my fingers compared to some places they are rough and just take your finger and move aside the side if your fingers are not real again fingerprinting for jail not that I know about that lol but AnyWho, I would recommend this place to anyone that needs fingerprinting. I absolutely recommend this place for livescan fingerprinting (state police & FBI) for employment in Illinois. The gentleman who helped me get my fingerprinting for my new job was not only kind and helpful, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the ins, outs and pitfalls of this process.

In one sitting, Coach Ezra walked me through what the procedure should have been but wasn't. If I knew about this beforehand, it would have saved me 4 hours of driving (from out of state) as the state and county offices where I live could not tell me. Amazing service! Getting my expired Illinois nursing license renewed from 1200 miles away has been a confusing experience....EXCEPT for the fingerprint portion. Ezra was so professional and sent detailed instructions. He walked me through the process and explained everything so well.
