The service inside is always friendly and I've had good luck with getting correct orders in a timely fashion. Sometimes there are mistakes, but I realize they are serving a mass amount of orders and those things happen, when they have made a mistake or takin longer, I feel they always take the proper steps to make it right. I have no complaints about the service of staff friendliness in the store. HOWEVER I have been frequenting this location for over a year now(2-3 times /week), and I have one MAJOR complaint. PARKING. As anyone who has visited here knows, the parking lot was designed by a blind mute who's never seen a car, and wishes to damage as much personal property as possible. There are 8 "Front row" spots that are ALWAYS taken. Today while visiting and waiting for my order, I noticed 7 out of the 8 spots were occupied, and to my surprise I was the only one in the store. I quickly did a headcount of employees working, and yep 7 people were behind the counter. Are the employees permitted to park in the PRIME spots that are all adjacent to the store? This seems ridiculous, I noted all the cars make/colors that were there today and will be checking in my return visits to verify. There is ample parking available on the FAR side of the building, but it is often blocked in due to people not properly stacking the drive through line, it seems that the employees should be required to park over there as they are not under a particular time crunch. people often PARK right in front of the store, which backs up the drive through line, and prevents people from entering because they are no spots easily access able. Why doesn't this Starbucks have parking spots marked for mobile orders? Rest assured I will be repeating these comments/reviews until the situation is...

Outstanding service. 6 stars. They were slammed when we came in. There were at least 6 baristas, and 2 coffee masters, and they were all scrambling. The drive through line was literally around the corner, the lobby was fairly busy; 3 people waiting for their order including an online order, and two parties (including mine) in line. We ordered 2 tall iced double almond milk lattes—one with 2 pumps of chai—and two food items. (They had a vegan parfait option which is a step up for Starbucks).

After we ordered, we were waiting for 1 or 2 minutes and my wife noticed they had Oatly (my favorite milk). I said, "Ugh! No way! They never have oat milk, let alone Oatly!" ... I couldn't help myself. It was a compulsion.

I stepped over and found the least busy person—which happened to be the drive thru barista—and said, "Hey, of it's not too late, the order for Isaac, can you change the latte to oat milk? But only one of the drinks...the one with no chai." He said he would.

I saw him pass the request to the barista working our drinks. She made mine. Perfect. My wife's came up a minute later. Perfect. And the original coffee masters that took our order even followed up with our order! He made sure everything was right in the midst of the ongoing chaos.

Thank you so much to the baristas and masters at this Starbucks. We were in the middle of a drive from coast to coast (moving for work), and we really appreciated your hard work, patience, and...

I love this place , I’ve came here to just order coffee and notarize documents multiple times . I always loved the work vibe . I’ve been a manager at many different fast food places and I hate the lack of effort and low staffing within the work place . Here they put in effort! This Starbucks isn’t as busy like Chicago. Definitely has the same friendly customer service I’ve always experienced with Starbucks companies . I’m a super coffee fanatic and have always wanted to work for or even train as management for Starbucks but in Chicago it’s hard to get a job with them because they are always staffed. Since I’ve moved to Joliet I can say that Starbucks has the best customer service out here than any other place this one location in particular has never failed to get me my coffee within speed every Monday ! Every week I change up my orders , I’m super obsessed with Starbucks coffee trends on instagram and have tried them all. At this location they always take there time to hand craft what I’m looking for to imitate those great instagram drinks ! Keep up the great work team ! They always have caramel crunch frappes too! If anyone has been looking for them because they are so hard to find not out of stock in Chicago! This location right here never fails to have in stock what me or friends desire. I’ve applied for a position hopefully I get hired so I can be part of this...

This was the order I placed online. When I get to the window at drive thru they gave me an iced drink. I take it thinking I ordered the wrong drink. I later discovered that they gave me the wrong drink. I go back after I finished running quick errands. I go through the drive thru again and my husband tells them we got an incorrect order. They tell us to pull up to the window and ask us again. The 3 blondes working that day all seemed confused and asked for the drink back. They were rude and discriminating. They assumed we wanted a free drink. And seem unwilling to give me the correct drink. I was confused when they took the old drink back. This is not typical Starbucks customers service. I went inside to ask for a manager but supposedly she was on vacation that day. I was upset but not rude. I kept my cool and asked for an email and phone number to call.

Starbucks on Jefferson has to be the most lousy location I've ever gone to. Emily, the manager, was kind enough to remake my drink and give me a gift card but that does not stop the baristas' from not doing their job. I had to stop going for a while due to the service. Us customers spend a great deal of money on drinks and pastery items just to receive well below average service. Also, the tables and trash area is always dirty and the wait time is ridiculous, even when placing a mobile order. Something needs to be done expeditiously.

Starbucks on Jefferson has to be the most lousy location I've ever gone to.
