There are too many GOOD and DECENT restaurants in town to mess with these rude people! I know the food service industry is working under unusual circumstances. But that is no excuse for absolutely terrible customer service. We sat through the order line for 5 minutes. When we got to the Order Box, I tried placing the order and received NO response at all. I tried several times and heard nothing. There were NO instruction signs of any sort. Once the car in front pulled away from the delivery window, I drove up tp it. The lady would NOT take my order. She said I had to place it at the Order Box and would need to sit through the line again. I pointed out what had happened. Her response "I don't want to argue with you. I will get the manager." The manager came to the window and WITHOUT listening to what happened, simply told me, "You have to drive back through the line and that was all there was to it." So we drove away without making a purchase. A sign on the order box would have solved the problem. Nicer people at the window and more professional managers may lead to...
Read moreThe management at this restaurant is atrocious...the employees are lackadaisical, disinterested, in serving customers and slow. They have uber deliver drivers and Grubhub drivers sitting there.wasting their time for food just like the normal customers that come through the door. The drive thru is packed to the street. The food once you do get it...you better check it to make sure your order is correct. Had two people come back while my family was waiting for our food. We checked our food before leaving and although they did get it right..the sandwiches were literally thrown in the foil bag, the bun was smashed up the bag was not folded over, rather it looked like a rung out towel...sad, the reason I didnt take it and throw it back across the counter and get my money back is because I had my two kids wife and they were tired and hungry and we were tired and ready to go home. My older daughter had told my wife that this is the worst popeyes to go to...I asked her WHY didn't you tell me before we came here, she said this just made me remember. FYI... Try the one...
Read moreEach time I come to this New location, there is always a problem, today it seems there are not enough people working after waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes to place my order and I pay, then I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for the chicken, this is a chicken restaurant correct? I think I'll go back to the other locations. This is unacceptable 10/17/17 So I went back to get my replacement meal today from the last review I left.. the lobby was packed because they were not allowing people to go through the drive thru. So after waiting for at least 30 minutes the manager Jamie tells me she is not going to replace my order because it's been to long since I was there and argued with me that she told me things that she did not.. I am going to call the corporate office and report the horrible customer service going on at this location.. by the way when I left the customers in side were asked to leave and the lobby was closed at 6:30 in the evening and customers were only allowed to use the drive thru.
