No stars for me but they force you to put at least 1. Classic example of what's wrong in low-income neighborhoods. I made one purchase and was charged 3 times. I immediately addressed the issue less than 10 minutes after the purchase, was told that I should let the pending transactions clear first before anything can happen. This was a Saturday. Tuesday the transactions cleared and there was still multiple charges from them. I went to KoKo's showed them my bank statement that reflected the multiple charges and they had me talk to a representative from the card company they work with. The agent spoke the same language as the owner's and told me I was only charged once. I spoke to my bank before I went to KoKo's and after and was told the same thing, I was charged multiple times by this business. Instead of owning up to their error, I was told by KoKo's owners/employees that it was a bank error. Ha! I find it funny how they pretended to not know how to use the card reader to get multiple transactions on my account and only cancel one transaction and charge me for 3. Stop wasting your hard earned$$$ here. This place is terrible. Does not appreciate your business. Very rude! This guy in the pic tried to put me out the store because I politely told him I was a regular there and I have spent plenty of money with him. I happen to be 20 cents short which he did not appreciate. The items are pricey especially the fake clothes. I only shopped there because it was close to home. Dont go to the one by Certified either they own that one too. I most defiantly drive the distance to Clair's where my money is appreciated and I'm appreciated as a customer who is helping there business prosper. I travel from home pretty far just to come here.. been coming here this year will be 8 years and no complaints so far. Nice and helpful owners quality is good on the hair side.
