Whew! I am very disappointed in my most recent experience! It has been 2 weeks from the initial visit to let them know what I wanted. I spent the first week traveling to get the quality shirts I wanted. I had multi-word slogans and he thought I wanted them in the top left pocket corner for some strange reason. He gave me pricing for both full front and corner. None of these slogans even look like they belong in the corner. But for some reason he said I agreed with the pricing for only the corner pocket. I would have never. So the most important part -my social media handle- is a speck! The whole purpose is to market! I bought fitness racer back tees for the gym and one would have to be up in my face to read the slogan and my handle. This does not make any sense! I am beyond frustrated. Because this could have been resolved before printing with a print sample, which I am sure he has sent in the past and likely does for others but I trusted his expertise so much I didn’t question it. Just looked at the invoice and sure enough, only after clicking the drop-down arrow can I see that he selected the option top left chest corner! I did not do all that before I paid the full amount at the time of receiving the invoice because it had already been a week since I made my first visit there to bring some of the shirts and also the invoice said I could pay only 50% it didn’t give me the option to with Apple Pay. I just lost a lot of money (nearly $200). These shirts will now be used for hair towels in my curly hair salon. Yeah they missed the marked totally with this one! It took a whole 5 days to get 8 shirts with large slogans stuffed into tiny pocket corners! I’m fuming right now because I really needed the tees to wear underneath blazers. They absolutely serve ZERO purpose for my loan business. I’ve added photos of the shirts from different angles. I have 2 other tanks in different colors. I guess if I was flatter chested or wanted ppl staring at my chest to read these tiny words that would be perfect.

From the start of my business, Top 5 Percent has done our tees and all banners. Whenever I was in a pinch they managed to be able to fulfill the order with excellent results. I have not had one issue. Top 5 Percent delivers! I've just begun a new venture and will be looking forward to enlisting their services for that as well.

Update: Recently had another older placed for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday and they did a phenomenal job as usual. The first place I think of when I think of printed clothing. I will actually be ordering...

Do not explain or handle business professional. But this is what you get when you try to support black business. NEVER AGAIN!!! Also, as my review to your company is my opinion to the service I received. As you mentioned  how much value you own you forgot my actual problem which is being professional. You show exactly what I stated when you respond back with what service you gave and how you didn’t have to do something. The problem now days is people want to own a business but don’t realize that customers is what keep that business open. 1) yes, my order was not correct and that’s were the problem lies. 2) When I approached you with my order not being correct I’m being laughed at by your employer instead of being asked what is wrong with the order so we can try to get the issue fix. If that the service you give, I will right a review because no one wants to pay money for anything and  get laughed at when it’s not right. The fact that you choose the method to state how good your business is and not try to fix the problem that’s where my review or your business becomes unprofessional. I’m the same color as you so I’m not here to distort a black own business that’s why I came as a customer to support your business. The one thing I know for sure, if I went to a more PROFESSIONAL company and had an issue with my order it would not have been handled in the manor of me being laughed at after I spent my money for a product that was not made correctly. Excellence and Professionalism!

Top 5 Percent, LLC job well done! In September 2023, Labor Day Weekend we celebrated our 51st annual family reunion, we were expecting up to 200 relatives. The family reunion planning committee searched custom T-shirts vendors, and the prices we were finding, didn't match the quality being offered.

I'd previously in the fall of 2022 purchased two custom long-sleeved shirts from T5P, very pleased with the quality and price. I needed the shirts within a couple of days, for an important event, and Ezra made it happen!

I discussed with my family to consider using T5P for our family reunion t-shirts.

Months prior to the family reunion we met to discuss colors, style, and pricing. During this time, Ezra provided his expert opinion so we could make the best decision based on our budget, with different textures, styles, and pricing of t-shirts. We landed on ordering - 150 plus t-shirts and received bulk pricing, this included t-shirts for toddlers, and onesies for an infants too.

In addition we were in need of several 2x's-3x's t-shirts these available as well. I provided the custom logo designed with our family symbol. Ezra worked with us to ensure the best combination of color and font styles were perfect. We were so very appreciative, the results were well done!

The process from start to finish was excellent! Ezra remained in continued communication with us, from pricing, invoicing, and payments, along with all t-shirts being completed on-time.
