If I could give the business 0 stars, I would. On 4/25/2025, I went in for a charging port replacement for my Samsung Note20 Ultra. The replacement was done. I spent $74.87. I live out of state and flew back home the very next day. My phone overheated from the charging. It stopped charging by Wednesday, 4/30. Since I had the battery replaced 5 days earlier, I thought it was the battery. I went to Batteries+ to get a battery replacement.
It wasn't the battery. It was the charging port, which would work only if the cable was put in at a certain angle. They also said that the old adhesive wasn't removed and new adhesive was placed on top of the old. The back of the phone was not completely seated. Batteries+ did not have a charging port to replace the faulty one. I took it home and plugged it back in at an angle. Within an hour, my screen went dark.
I went to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) and had the charging port replaced only because I needed the port to connect to back up my data. It works fine. I took the phone back to Batteries+ and asked them to take a look at the screen.
Heat spots - 5 of them - have rendered the screen unusable. Since Neha Wireless claims to have a warranty for repairs, I called. I only requested the $74.87 as a refund. Screen repair is a minimum of $85 for the screen for DIY and $350+ for a professional.
The store manager refused. He said he believed me. But his reason for not refunding me was because he would not be able to get a refund from the manufacturer for the part.
I told him that I was a business person. That I run my own business, Branch Tax Law Firm, and this policy is bad business. I told him I understood what he was saying, but that I would be writing a review and that I would be telling everyone that I knew of my experience and NOT to use this business.
The reason that this is a bad business policy is because the charging port for a Note20 Ultra is at most $11. I get it. I really do. But I have had to replace the port again for an additional $95.68.
He could have offered a partial refund. He still would have gotten the labor built into the repair price to recoup the money for the wages he has to pay to his employee who did the work. It was completed in an hour.
I can not recommend this business because even though he believed me, he refused to refund me because HE couldn't get a refund for the part.
I advise lots of small businesses in my practice. This is a bad policy.
He will respond, claiming I am defaming him. As I told him, I'm a lawyer and defamation is someone stating LIES. I am not stating lies. This is what happened. And he says he is going to sue me for defaming him. LOLOL Seriously, bad business.

When you put it on the charger it jumps screens super bad. Be careful going to this place. They do honor the warranty policy. It says they will fix but it’s not true if they don’t see it happen once you take it back in they will not fix it or anything. I called Friday and was told to bring it back in Saturday morning because it was close to 7 Friday when they close. I told them I don’t stay there I stay 1-2 hrs away and I got it done the first time when I was vacationing there. It hasn’t been my 30days. Upon arrival I immediately go to lady and explain to her and told her I am the one called. She started checking the phone out and less than 20 seconds later she started saying it’s not doing it with us and she don’t see any problems. I said ma’am I explain to you and have no reason to drive this far to come back in and just get new screen again. She then took it to the man but of course she changed her language to explain to him what I had said. He comes over and immediately says it’s not doing it with us so we can’t fix it. I said sir it doesn’t do it every time but that’s why I bring it back in before it gets worse. He said it’s not doing and plug the phone up to they charger which the renal had done it and saw it glitch and also froze up bad but she didn’t tell him I guess or admit to what she saw when she was looking at it. I went back and forth for about 10 min and he said just leave it and come back. I said I would rather stay because how I know it won’t do it again or if you will even do it. He said I have 4 phone in front of u if it does it before then, I will fix but if I don’t see it I can’t . I said that’s not your policy, your policy doesn’t say u have to physically see it. So, I send a sent a response to the text message I received from them asking about how my phone had been doing since the repair and let them know about the camera.. no response but I figured it was after store hours at the point and the next day was Sunday so I waited to call this morning. No biggie, I can do without a camera for a day or two. But the problem comes when my SIM card that I paid them to unlock previously goes out on me as well! So now I have no phone without WiFi. So this morning I call And yalllllll let’s just thank God I’m a changed woman. The woman on the other end was so rude! My fiancé was trying to explain the problem and she was cutting him off and basically saying that’s not our problem, but you can come pay us again to get it fixed! So I grab the phone like “I don’t think you understand what he was saying! I brought my phone to have the screen replaced and clearly as a result of that y’all messed up my back camera in the process.. so can I please bring my phone back and have my camera fixed cause obviously YALL DID THIS” she cut us off so much we didn’t even get to the part about my SIM card.
