Can't find products in their own store.
I ordered items through pickup, and received an email stating that they did not have one of the items. I called to double check and an associate found the item and told me he would take it to the pickup desk. After I arrived, it was the wrong item. After again having them look, they told me they did not have it. I went to see what other options I might have for purchase and immediately found the exact item I had ordered and been told repeatedly that they did not have. Unfortunately, they had already cancelled the item from my order, and I would not receive my refund for days from my bank. I needed the item that day and did not have the money in my account to simply buy it again while waiting for the refund.
So thank you for your incompetence. A customer should not have an easier time finding an item than the employees that work in that specific department every day. I do not blame the gentlemen working at the pickup desk, they did their best to help me, but the employees that missed an item staring them in the face on the exact shelf it's listed to be on need...
Read moreI needed to order something online at about 8:30pm on a Sunday and pick it up that night because I was just traveling through Joplin. I was wanting to use Affirm so I could not pay in store (this is why I needed to order online instead of just going to the store to buy the iPad).
The pickup showed the next day even though the item was in stock. It was one item (a 9th Gen iPad).
I called to explain my situation and ask if they could grab the iPad so I could pick it up that night and they refused. I explained the situation and the front of house lead just refused to do it. It would have literally taken 2-3 minutes.
I ended up going to the store and buying the iPad anyways because it was for my wife, but I wasn’t able to use Affirm to pay for it. I was in and out quickly. It would have been so easy to just provide good customer service in this situation and instead I got the exact opposite.

I called within 30 minutes to request a refund and NOPE you customer service was not caring or I would have been refunded.
