I’m a florida Native and have lived all over Florida and since moving to the area, I’ve noticed that Jupiter has some of the best beaches/natural swimming locations in all of florida. Dubois Park is one of my favorites and I often come here to be able to enjoy the beautiful mangroves and lagoon to swim and snorkel and just relax. This place is better during the week. The weekend, not so much. I honestly can’t stand Dubois on the weekend. It’s overcrowded, people are blasting their music from every direction, it’s really not a relaxing time. During the week it’s very peaceful. Like another commenter said, there needs to be more restrictions. I just went this past weekend which I never do, but because it’s been unbearably hot, I decided to just stop and swim for a short period. I forgot how bad it gets on the weekend and definitely will not be coming back on the weekend again. What’s disheartening is some of the people that show up on the weekends really have no respect for the park. People leaving trash, not respecting the Mangroves. I happened to catch some kids and an adult climbing the mangroves and jumping into the water. Very dangerous, and if I’m not mistaken, the Mangroves are protected. Great snorkeling spot though over by the rocks under the bridge. Water is usually super clear and perfect for just being lazy and enjoying a nice hot Florida day. They have picnic tables for if you want to have...

One child lost balance and fell, cutting their palms as well, resulting in a bloody scene. Though fortunate that only two of our six children were injured, the incident left our entire group panicked. We had to rush to perform first aid in our car during drizzling rain.
When I reported this to the lifeguard to prevent other children from getting hurt, their response was disappointingly dismissive. They merely stated that 'these things happen here' and offered a casual apology with no indication they would address the hazard.
This incident has transformed what was once a five-star destination into a concerning safety risk. While the park has many merits, visitors should exercise extreme caution, especially around the lagoon area, to avoid...
