Advance Automated Systems, Inc — Local services in Jupiter

I was hopeful about working with Advanced Automated Systems to take over servicing a Crestron home automation system for my client, especially since they were the original installers. At first, the owner was responsive and said he’d send over all the necessary details. That communication never came.

After two weeks of silence, I followed up and was told he had been on spring break but would get everything set up that week. Again, no follow-through. Eventually, I was told a technician and electrician were lined up for a visit, but the scheduled day came and went with no update or response.

I’ve ultimately decided to move on, which is unfortunate because I know the owner personally and had high expectations. While the company clearly has the expertise in smart home systems and Crestron installations, the lack of communication and follow-through affected my ability to serve my own client.
