Going shark diving in Jupiter with Shark Addicts was an incredible experience and one of the coolest activities my husband and I have ever done. As soon as we got into the water, we were immediately swimming with numerous silky and sandbar sharks. Cameron, Mickey, and Tony made us all feel safe the entire time, and it was so cool watching Cameron feed these amazing animals. Sharks were everywhere, and I loved watching them emerge from nothing out of the deep blue water below. It was like something out of a movie. Fantastic! One caveat though - seasickness is a real possibility. Do NOT be a dummy like me. Both on their website and on their follow-up emails, the guys at Shark Addicts highly encouraged us to take seasickness medication prior to the trip. Did I mean to take some? Yes, but it just got away from me, and ultimately I figured that I would be fine because I've been on similar deep water excursions without incident. While I was fine on the actual boat ride with Shark Addicts, I got really seasick after I got into the water and started swimming. It didn't happen immediately, and I got a good bit of time in with the sharks before I started to feel really bad, but ultimately I had to get back on the boat early. After that, I did not get back in the water, and that was a bummer - especially because my condition was avoidable! So to reiterate, just take the medicine before your trip. Seriously. Having said that, I would absolutely do this again. This is a bucket list kind of activity. We had a blast being so close to these spectacular ocean predators, and simply watching sharks up close in their natural habitat doing what they do was something we'll never forget. In fact, we can't wait to plan another trip down to Jupiter to give it another go! When we do go for round two, we are 100% going to use Shark Addicts again. These guys are total pros who obviously and genuinely love sharks, and everyone in our group got plenty of time in the water. We even stopped at a second dive site so we could see bull sharks. They clearly want to provide a good value, and the experience is a great bang for your buck. I highly recommend Shark Addicts for all your shark diving needs; they are a fantastic company! If you are able, purchase the photo and video package too - it's a quality souvenir for this amazing trip. Just go for it and book a tour with them. It is AWESOME and you will not be sorry. 🦈🦈🦈

Went diving with Mickey and Cameron this morning. I was late to the meeting time because of traffic but they were super understanding and hung around until I could get there. The water was beautiful. I recommend getting in early before most of the sharks arrive, especially if you’re nervous. We saw lemons and a hammerhead and they were all absolutely gorgeous and so social. Cameron and Mickey are great at redirecting the sharks if they get too curious about you. Really, they see so much more than you and they are always a second away to help you out if needed. You can tell the whole team really cares about the health and safety of the sharks. We stopped to grab trash from the water, and they spent some time giving a little extra bait to the skinnier sharks and telling us about a frequent visitor who has a bullet wound scar from some nasty fisherman. Overall, it was an amazing experience and if I come back to Florida, I’d go out with these guys again. They also recommended Square Grouper Tiki Bar for lunch, and that was a 10/10. Amazing food and drinks. It is 21+ only though! Love these guys. If you want a great experience with an amazing team, look no further. P.S - That photo package is 100% worth it!

Booking with Shark Addicts (SA) after our recent experience with Florida Shark Diving (FSD) was a decision I wish I had made sooner. While Florida Shark Diving was a cool/decent experience, the adventure with Shark Addicts was on another level altogether. SA felt like true shark diving - which is what you want when you book, right!? - versus merely observing from a distance on the surface - which was our experience with FSD .

What sets Shark Addicts apart from Florida Shark Diving is they want you to have a good time... it doesn't just feel like a tourist trap where they're trying to just make money and get you in and out.

Their experienced crew not only ensures your safety but also encourages you to feel at ease and fully engaged with the sharks. Unlike FSD, where we mainly held onto a rope, Shark Addicts allowed us the freedom to swim, float, dive, and hover near these incredible creatures, all while feeling supported and secure. The presence of multiple experienced divers in the water instilled confidence that the environment was carefully managed at all times, whereas FSD only has 1 diver in the water with you who is not only supposed to be keeping eyes on you, but also is chumming the water and taking photos.

During our time with Shark Addicts, I never once felt unsafe or in danger, which enabled me to fully immerse myself in the experience. This freedom to interact naturally with the sharks, combined with the attentive guidance of the crew, made for an unforgettable adventure. We saw sand bar sharks, and silkies (which is pretty much what was expected this time of year). We also dropped one of our go pros (which was our own fault) and I'd like to give Cameron a quick shout out for his valiant effort to try and retrieve it - I'm telling you, these guys go above and beyond.

For those comparing the two experiences, here's a cost breakdown:

Experience Cost:

FSD: $184 per person Shark Addicts: $199 per person (Please don't let the $15 difference scare you away from SA.. the difference in experiences is worth far more than that.)

ALSO FSD will have you in the water for maybe 60 min wearas SA has you in there for 90 min.

Photo & Video Package:

FSD: Photo Package (15-50 photos) $150, Video $150, or $200 for both Shark Addicts: Photo Package (all photos taken) $50, Video $80, can be purchased separately or together.

Both companies include essential gear like fins, gloves, snorkel, mask, and rash guards. Not that it makes a huge difference in the encounters, but I will call out that Shark Addicts' higher-quality rash guards and equipment do add a nice touch of comfort compared to FSD's standard shirts.

In summary, if you're seeking an authentic and exhilarating shark diving experience where safety and adventure go hand in hand, Shark Addicts is the clear choice. These guys know what they're doing and have a good time, and they'll do everything they can to make sure you do to.

To Cameron, Mickey, and our awesome captain Tony - Thank you all so much for such an amazing morning. I'd give you 6 stars if I could.

Shark Addicts - I promise we will be back and I cannot wait...

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an unforgettable adventure with Shark Addicts. Swimming with sharks has always been a dream of mine, and thanks to Shark Addicts, that dream became a reality.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the professionalism and attention to safety that Shark Addicts demonstrated. The briefing was thorough and informative, and the equipment was top-notch. Cameron (owner/guide) was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the sharks we were about to encounter.

As we entered the water, I was amazed by the sheer size and beauty of the sharks. Cameron's calm and confident demeanor put me at ease and allowed me to fully immerse myself in the experience. He provided detailed information about the sharks, their behavior, and the surrounding ecosystem, making the entire experience both educational and thrilling.

One of the highlights of my experience with Shark Addicts was the exceptional photography provided by Mickey. His photographs captured the essence of the adventure, and I was amazed at the quality of the images he was able to produce. The photographs serve as a lasting memory of the once-in-a-lifetime experience and I will treasure them for years to come.

Overall, I highly recommend Shark Addicts and their team, including Cameron and Mickey, for anyone looking to experience the adventure of a lifetime. The level of professionalism, safety, and education provided by Shark Addicts was second to none, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Shark Addicts, Cameron, and Mickey, for an...
