We visited The River Center on a cloudy day, and it turned out to be a lovely experience! It took about 45 minutes to explore the building and the butterfly garden area, which was just the right amount of time.

We found this hidden gem on Google, and upon arrival, we were greeted by an enthusiastic and welcoming staff. The center features three observatory rooms filled with vibrant exhibits and valuable information about the local ecosystem. Everything was well-maintained and educational.

The butterfly garden was a pleasant walk, though we didn’t see any butterflies during our visit—perhaps they’ll be more active in the spring when the garden is in full bloom.

We found The River Center while looking for things to do in Jupiter. Everyone who worked there was very nice and friendly. It was not crowded at all when we went there and we were able to take our time looking at the aquariums and all the animals there. We really enjoyed seeing all the animals and doing the touch tank. They also had lots of fun, interactive, and informative signs...

Cute little wildlife center with facts about local animals and ecosystems. There was also a touch tank but it was down for service. My son did walk out with a free book they were giving away for free which was nice. I recommend this place for parents with small children. Not much for just adults.
