Office Depot — Attraction in Jupiter

I just want to let you know of the amazing staff you have at your Jupiter location (Office Depot). I accidentally left my wallet in your store last night. As one employee found it in the cart a customer was right behind him saying it was hers. Seemed legit since it happened so quickly. A few minutes later when I got there they said they found it and what happened. As I started ask about video and start to call the police, the one employee sternly walked up to a customer and demanded back the wallet. The woman was still in the store! The woman said she didn’t have it and was appalled that she was being accused. I said I was going to call the police and let them sort this out. She immediately left the store. Needless to say, the police quickly apprehended her and recovered the wallet. I just want to say thank you for having great employees. I believe one was named Devon and the other was a young man cashier. If it wasn’t for them being honest about what happened and speaking up and identifying the customer, I would have never recovered my wallet. It seems like today many employees would have never approached a customer and spoke sternly to them (he wasn’t yelling, just stern) because everyone is afraid they may say the wrong thing—— however in this case the employee knew what he saw and wasn’t going to put up with a theft. 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon....Went to make 30 copies! Simple enough, when I arrived there were 2 employees on the floor adjacent the cash registers and front door, neither looked up when I came in. There were 2 workers in the copy center waiting on one client, I picked a $40 toner cartridge to buy, went to copier machine, both were out of service, I asked the worker behind the counter at the copy center if she knew of a machine that worked for my copies, she proceeded to interrupt the other worker asking him if the machines worked.... I told her both machines said service needed, she barked back at me, she was checking with her colleague because she had not worked yesterday..... The other employee ignored us both continuing to work with only customer in the store. I said enough of this, returned my toner cartridge to display walked out of store as I was leaving one of cash register employees asked me if he could help me, I engaged him to let him know that his machines were out of order for copies, he said which machines.... I got my copies completed (easily) at Staples store nearby, also my toner cartridge for less money than Office Depot product price.... Review Conclusion: Office Depot Jupiter store useless to me, Staples worth the extra mile drive. I use to be great customer of Office...

Okay good morning, I understand that you cant do returns but i just bought a set of bluetooth ear buds. These are trying times but the item i bought yesterday will not turn on and the role of ear buds in my crowded home makes them part of my livlihood, i didnt mean to get upset with the associate yesterday around 5:30 but its a 40 dollar item and i can just leave the receipt and earbuds. I am asking for an exception.. ear buds are practically a necessity in everyones environment.
