They have a great selection. Will shop there again. But had a pretty negative experience purchasing a record online. My GF tried to surprise me with what she thought was a rare misfits record. Due to some miscommunication and the bustle of the holidays we came in to finally collect the record she paid $75 plus tax. To be handed a record with a price tag of 11.99. That was clearly a new bootleg. The record in question was The Misfits. Evil Live. For the purchase price. Givin it's punk album from the 80s at the very least thought it would be an original bootleg from the time it was recorded. Nope... here is your clearly different record. Not even the same cover art... manager is off on the weekend? "Not sure what else you want me to do I can see if we can refund the money" the money was refunded. But Jeehhzus. That dude at the counter had some of theeee worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Not to mention the other employee bee lined for the back. Great selection.. very disorganized as far as business acumen is concerned. Won't purchase online from them again. You know who you are Mr. Floppy hat and sport coat. Do better. I believe in you. ***edit in response to owner The record was purchased on your website not over the phone or via voice mail. And it was ordered to be shipped. And didnt get shipped for 2 weeks. So several calls were placed to inquire about the record. Hence the possible voice mail. I did call 3 times and no one answered. Then finally came in. Seems to me you need a better system for cataloging and storing your online purchases so they don't get lost or sold to someone else. As for your employee being flustered? Possible but I had a far greater sense of apathy from him than frustration. And honestly I have called Greenlight and purchased records over the phone with zero issue ever. Make excuses for the poor customer service if you'd like. But again it was ordered directly from your website, not shipped for 2 weeks then either lost or sold. Or never existed. The employee said you never had a Misfits record that cost that much. He also tried to tell me the 11.99 price Tage on the outer sleeve was just an old tag...... so again if it makes you feel better to hear your own excuses by all means... I would just prefer you make a genuine effort to do better as I do really enjoy your store. Adding another edit to this review.. didn't want to but got an email 8 months after this whole debacle that the record is shipping?... dudes are wearing XXL clown shoes at this joint.. F'ing laughable....

Thought I was going to have a positive experience. The owner Mike was great on the phone when I asked about having an items from an estate be sold to them. I spent 3 days pulling all the items together that his website listed they buy, knowing there would be lots of items rejected, but I don't know music and so I brought everything. I called the store in the morning to ask where to park and unload, even said what time I would be coming and this person was welcoming and respectful so I didn't expect the one person (a third person at) at the store to have issue with me leaving items not yet evaluated. So I didn't leave anything, felt totally disrespected by this person and angry that I wasted my time and gas. And no, the virus situation didn't have anything to...

The fact that I have to give them one star has me grinding my teeth. This place offered me $175 and I said I want to keep some of them and only sell $60 worth so he took out about half of my vinyls and gave me $60. I went to my car and decides to just sell them all for the $175 so I came back in the store to sell the rest for $115 and they would only give me $50. He picked all of the valuable vinyls and told me they were dollar vinyls when he gave me pennies for it. I know nothing about vinyls and this place tool advantage of that. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE VALUE ON EACH AND EVERY VINYL OR THIS PLACE WILL SCAM/CON YOU OUT OF EVERY DOLLAR THEY CAN. BETTER YET, DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE OPERATES BY SHADY MANIPULATING...
