Been visiting for a little over a year and never had a bad experience. They have a variety of baked goods, sandwiches, and drinks. Drinks are delicious and they have a rotating menu of creative options. Today I did the caramel apple latte. Food is basic breakfast and lunch fare, but tasty. My favorite is the build-your-own breakfast sandwiches. Their sausage is really good- try it with the pepperjack cheese. The employees are always so kind and provide service with a smile. We always feel welcome here, unlike some places where the staff seems annoyed to have to take care of customers. Prices are very reasonable! We typically get 2 sandwiches, 2 beverages, and a pastry item and spend a little over $20 before tip. You would probably spend more at McYou-Know-Where for far lesser quality. Also, this business supports a very...

Please be careful here if you have any allergies. This use to be my go to spot, but the last two times I’ve been, something has gone wrong either in my coffee or food order. Today I went and they had discontinued the vegan egg option, so we ordered a gluten free bagel with the few other allergen free things we could attempt (mainly veggies) and they still put a regular egg patty on even though we stated we are vegan and I have an egg allergy. A kind worker offered to remake it, which was appreciated. We really wish places maintained their limited options for those with allergies. I feel unsafe returning due to the last few errors, and would hate for someone to be allergened. I know accidents happen, but to the workers here PLEASE take food allergies seriously. A dear friend of mine was hospitalized multiple times due...

What an awesome addition to the downtown Kalamazoo community. Great environment to work or meet clients. Coffee selection is second to none, and the best surprise was the food options. They've partnered with the KVCC culinary institute so no frozen and reheated garbage like you find at most coffee joints.

If you love coffee then this is the place to go. Plenty of power outlets for those who enjoy working remotely. Water Street coffee PLUS from what they told me, they'll have a rotating pour over selection.

My new morning work spot, and now just waiting for some warm weather to enjoy the huge outdoor patio.

You won't be disappointed.

NOTE: I went on the 3rd day they were open so service is still getting in to the groove of things. Once that's all figured out I'd give them...

In my opinion as an acolyte and patron of the best local coffeehouses wherever I call home, this lovely downtown caffeine oasis is my most recent find-and the best yet-in an area with a considerable number of excellent java stops. Friendly staff, gorgeous interior design and, to make it top my list, the best drip coffee I have had to date since moving to Kalamazoo. I will be a (very) frequent and loyal return customer.

My first time actually visiting this neighborhood coffee shop. I love neighborhood coffee shops by the way! I ordered the traditional macchiato, which is an 8 oz cup of goodness! It's much stronger than a commercial macchiato because there is less sugars & syrup, but you still get the caramel flavor and frothy top! Well done Walnut & Park...I will be back! Plus the atmosphere is very pleasant!
