Lawrence Park — Attraction in Kalispell

has a area for get togethers/events with a huge grassed area (which is currently blanketed in dandelions, the epitome of spring) there are several playgrounds, grilling areas for events, and two smallish climbing walls. over all, its a gorgeous family-friendly all inclusive park. great for a mid day park excursion or a day long nature walk, if you drive to the end, there are several paved paths that are perfect for walking, and several additional small trails that can lead you along the river bed

This park is pretty well taken care of. It's clean, and has a nice walking path that lead's to a smaller park play area. Lot's of space to play frisby or ball. Several picnic table's are scattered around the park, and a large pavilion sits near the play area. It can be rented for use, but can also be used if no one is using it. It's a pretty good park, especially for where it's located. Just minutes from Kalispell, no surprise to most people around here, and it's got a little bit of everything. Trails, a little climbing rock, a river, folf course, a couple playgrounds, a couple of gazebos and public restrooms. Not to mention all the space, usually green grass, for picnics or what have you.
