They broke my door handle and denied it even though it was perfect when it was brought in. As soon as my wife and I noticed we brought this to their attention. We weren't angry, thinking they would be honest and fix what they had broken. There was one guy who worked on our vehicle who says it wasn't him. Apparently all this business owner needs is one guy covering his rear against both of us who know our door handle was not broken before we brought it in. We told the guy that broke it we weren't mad, accidents happen. We asked to see the owner since the VERY RUDE manager who obviously didn't want to own this mistake said he can't help us. The business owner's name is Mark Hilde and he accused us of lying. My wife and I could not believe this guy was for real. The managers and owner are absolute unethical people and liars. Just ask any single one of their employees like we did as we finished our car wash before leaving. They will tell you what a Jerk they are and how dishonest Mark is. We've had several vehicles that we've taken there over the years and this is not the first time something has happened. This one we cannot overlook since this is undeniable unethical behavior. Mark should be ashamed but he seems very insincere and could care less. His last smirk remark to us was, "go ahead and do what you think you need to do". Like he was saying go ahead and lawyer up and try to sue me. What a douchebag. We were trying to be civil with the guy and he came out acting like our door handle was already broken before he even looked at it or talked to us. This community could do without people and businesses like this. I highly recommend not giving them...
Read moreLying Boss…….. I asked that they check the air filter while performing the oil change. The new employee told me his boss told him to tell me, “ the air filter only has 2 to 3 weeks left on it.” Like anyone I immediately said go ahead and replace it. After spending a good 10 minutes or so with special tools to get to it. He finally got to it. Once we got to it, my current air filter was very clean. I almost had him leave it in the car. However since it was such a hassle to get to. I had him replace it anyway. I was shocked that I had been lied to……… By the management none the less. I thought it about it over my vacation and then came back and confronted them on it. Showing them the clean air filter, they said was needing replacement. :( They returned my money for the filter but offered no apology and just glared at me. Don’t trust these people if you go here or even work here!! Dishonesty really grinds my gears especially in hard economic times where every dollar adds up. I’m very disappointed and hope they don’t continue down this road. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’ll never go back and don’t recommend...
Read moreUnderstaffed. Long wait times. Not financially worthwhile. I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change online and arrived On three separate occasions to redeem the oil change. Each time it was over an hour wait before they would be able to get to my vehicle and you have to sit in your car and wait the whole time. The last time the person who appeared to be the manager told me if I came back he would give me a “discount“ because of How long I had waited without being serviced before they closed. The final time I came to redeem the oil change they were able to get me in after an hour wait. With the additional oil charges I ended up paying more for the synthetic oil change with the Groupon and additional oil combined. They would not honor any discount that has been promised to me on my prior visit. I do not recommend this place if you have any scheduled to keep whatsoever, or are trying to save money on an oil change. Better to schedule an oil change for a regular price synthetic… You’ll waste less time...
