Kalispell Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Kalispell

I just stopped by this Dairy Queen to try and get some food. Our car ordered 2 tender meals and a few blizzards. One of which was a cookie dough blizzard which didn’t include half the ingredients for it, so we asked them to put the fudge on it like EVERY OTHER DQ on the planet, they pretended that this location didn’t do it and acted like it was some great feat to put the proper ingredients in. I also ordered a bacon 2 cheese deluxe burger meal, which the staff acknowledged and put the drink and fries in the bag. When we checked our bag the burger was missing. So we pulled around to make ANOTHER correction to the order. They pretended like they forgot to put it on the order even though the fries and drink was on there. Then they said the kitchen is down and they couldn’t make another one. Whatever shift worked at around 10pm on the 26 of August was giggling and didn’t have a care in the world about any paying customer. Will not be going back to any DQ location anywhere. I took my mother for her favorite ice cream sundae. We ordered at the drive thru. I was very impressed at the variety of burgers and how many there was to pick from . I'd ask a question....no response. Repeat the question , but there is still no response. I drive ahead to the window where I encountered a non smiling , grumpy , non talking Dairy Queen staff person. She still ignored my questions. Again I tried to ask for salt only to have the window closed abruptly. I still said thank you have a nice day , loudly and with a smile. There is never a good reason to be rude ! In fact, my 82 year old mother had just come from the hospital. All she wanted was her favorite sundae. She couldn't understand why the lack of respect to a customer , from a young lady representing Dairy Queen when all we ordered was a sundae and a hamburger. Please remember, you may be tired or in a bad mood , that's not the customers fault. In fact, that customer could have just come from the hospital , received some bad news, and just wanted a sundae...

It frustrates me to no end when someone's job is so easy and they still do it in such a way that it's done poorly. The ketchup packets are all stuck together due to whatever reason they give you, when approached I was met with disbelief and fact checked by the employee. I had asked for some packets that were not covered in residue and she ignored me to go look and see if they were actually sticky and covered. Now I ended up taking my handful of sticky ketchup to the bathroom to wash off in order to appease my children who need ketchup, but to just make excuses seems so silly, if the packet exploded in the box then why just put them out that way why not take measures to clean them up.
