This is honestly the WORST taco bell ive ever eaten at. I worked for Taco Bell in Washington state and Idaho and can say even on their worst days, They did 500% better than this pathetic excuse for a taco bell. Let me be CLEAR. This review is of the Evening/Night crews. The day crew busts their backs to get it right. Anytime after 5pm the restaurant is staffed by a merry band of junkies, retards and incompetents. When they take your order they dont pay attention to the details. Order a drink with no ice, they try to hand you a cup overfilled with ice. If you complain, they dump just the ice and hand you a half full cup. Order your chalupa with no cheese.... You best bet its going to have the most cheese any chalupa can contain. When you complain the manager who resembled your typical mid 20's stoner sits and giggles as you complain then says "Dude, dont worry... we can ummmmm fix it. Just come in the lobby.... oh wait its full or closed... i cant remember which. Just wait here" 5 to 10 minutes later he will return with a bag full of rejected re-makes that look like someone hocked a loogie in them.
This is NOT a one time incedent. It happens just about every time an order is placed. If there were other options available for late night food, Id be happy to NEVER spend a dime there between the hours of 5pm to close.
My advice if you dare to go here: CHECK YOUR ORDER. IT WILL BE SCREWED UP. Dont let them BS you and say its all there. Check it twice, make them wait while you do. Otherwise you...
Read moreDont waste your time eating there. I used to avoid eating dinner there because of the horrid reputation of their evening crew. Today marks the third time I have been appalled at the food I've gotten for lunch. I asked that my food contain no lettuce. Its a simple enough request. I open my taco and its jam packed with lettuce and doesnt have cheese. I scoop out the offending lettuce and eat my taco. I move to my quesadilla which should NEVER contain lettuce. Theres no meat in there (id ordered steak) but its full of lettuce. I set this item aside. I go to the last thing I ordered, two chalupa's. The positive: They finally understood no lettuce. The downside: The chalupas were as hard as rocks. They were clearly hours old under a heat lamp. There was minimal cheese, half a scoop of meat and a ton of tomato tops (The part you are supposed to throw away not serve).
I ask for the manager to try and show them my mis-made products. I get told that the manager is "too busy to talk with a whiny customer right now". The reason the manager was busy was because he was flirting with someone in the lobby.
Honestly I will never eat at this taco bell again. Even through I hate the competition in this town's tacos, i guess i'll learn to...
Read moreNothing at all wrong with food. Management needs to not interrupt a conversation between an employee and a customer. Whether the customer knows the employee or not, it is aManagement needs to not interrupt a conversation between an employee and a customer. I think something that is lacking at both stores is customer engagement. Management has no problem, interrupting a customer and an employee to tell the employee to go make some tacos. I understand that your job is to make tacos but I’m the customer and I should be more important than that order after mine. For a manager to interrupt an employee when they’re talking to a customer is awful customer service. I think that management needs to take a step back and realize that the customer interaction is just as important as getting my food correct. I spent 20 years in the food service industry and I have seen this decline so much and people complain about Customer Service. I don’t understand why customer interaction is not important anymore. There’s no such thing as fast food anymore especially in this valley, so I think Customer interaction should start to matter some more. Or I will go to a place where I do get the proper customer...
