So this is going to be rather lengthy. For the most part I have loved this place for thier food and service, but the last few months there must have been some sever changes. Last night at around 10PM I placed an online order. Great deals, and I love the food, so i was quite happy. How ever, i didn't have my CC information. So I just listed cash. Well, a short time later i found my card but not my cash. So I call in the store and pay for the order. They were very busy and by the photos attached you will see that they took over an hour to deliver the food. closer 90 Minutes, but i was paitent. I didn't call once and ask where it was. Just waited. A very nice delivery man came and had the order correct (there were 4 soda's and these are often missed). He gives me my reciept. IT was almost $20.00 more then it was supposed to be. So i look up on line to see if there was an error. There was not. My account had been charged for the $57 instead of the $39. At this point I am still calm. We call the store and ask for Daniel ( I believe the closing manager) I explain the problem to him. He then says since I called in and he clicked on my name it automatically deletes all my online discounts. I ask him to please fix this. He blames it some more on just how the software works, but puts me on hold for over 4 minutes. So eventually, i have the nice delivery driver just adjust to the right price. I have my online reciept that clearly shows the price to be $39.50. I then tip the driver $3.00. (I did not hold him at fault for anything). Finally Daniel gets back on the phone. He informs that it will be 2-3 Business days before my refund is processed, which I understand, though if they had not batched out yet that day, it didn't make alot of sense to me why they just wouldn't do a reverse charge, but I let that go. I was saying my thanks and good byes. He then says well he has to charge me the $39.50 as he canceled the order. This is where it started going really sideways. I told him I didnt' feel comfortable giving him my CC again as he had just errored, which was a moot point as my friend had taken it to go get stuff from Walmart since then. He says well I have to. I inform him that I am not nor can I. He then threatens to call the cops and calls me a thief!!! I told him to come get his food. This was one of the most horrid experience I have ever had. I asked who his General Manager was, he refused to give me the name. I am so just outraged I can not contain it. I am not mad that they were late, it can get busy. I was not mad that they messed up on over charging me, mistakes happen. But to be called a thief, to have to wait up for them to come get the food, which we happily left alone, was insane. I really hope the owner or at least the GM reads this post. Oh and the icing on top of all this, they did add the $3 tip to the order this morning! Read moreOrdered one pizza to pick up. Took over an hour and when we arrived, we were told it was still in the oven and it would be another 10-15 minutes. We informed the gentleman that we received an email saying it was done and he didn't even bother to respond, just turned around and walked away.
While standing there, we saw our name on the box that was just sitting there. It took another 5 minutes just to get an employee to acknowledge us. We asked if that box was staged for prep or if it was in fact done. He looked at us and said, "Oh my bad. Guess it was there the whole time." He handed it to us and we walked out only to discover the exta sauces we ordered were not with the pizza. So had to go into the store an additional time and wait just to grab the employees attention yet again. He finally asked us what we needed and handed us some sauces.
We know there is a shortage of workers in the valley, but this service was completely unacceptable. If your employees can't take the time to look at names of finished orders and just give a pad answer of it not being done yet, then our business will be going elsewhere.
Also, when we got home and opened the pizza box, the pizza was so unevenly cut that we ended up with super tiny pieces and really huge long pieces. We definitely think you can do better than this just by taking the...

The person that took our order did a good job, otherwise very disappointed.... out of the several employees only one wearing a mask, despite the pledge on the door regarding COVID procedures. One of the pizza makers sneezed loudly as she was putting a pie in the oven, not sure if she even tried to covered her mouth/nose. Explicit loud music playing in the kitchen til one of the drivers turned it down. We waited for while for our one pizza that was ordered, were asked twice about the name the pizza was under, then the guy says, Oh here it is, been sitting here a while....seriously there were several employees taking pizza out of the oven.Not a great experience and felt like the “shop” was not the cleanest pizza place in town.
