I have had the worst experience here and will never ever be returning. I was publicly humiliated and discriminated against by, I'm assuming, the owner. I have gone multiple times and liked their produce but have found that these peoples actions are much more important. First I was cornered into the back of the market to then be questioned about my nose ring. That's fine, I get a lot of questions. HOWEVER the owner proceeded to look at the tattoos of flowers going down my arm and asked me how my children might feel about them one day. Then continued to tell me I needed to get the removed or I was going to hell. He kept getting in my face saying I will be damned to hell because of my tattoos and that if I marry someone with tattoos, God will not love me. This is absolutely absurd as I am a believer in God as well. He told me I will never be loved or marry and that I need to get them removed. Now let me remind you that my tattoos are nothing wild or disrespectful. I have bees and flowers tattood down my arm to represent my love for nature and the power of the bee. Yet this man told me I would see satin himself. Well, I guess I'll see you in hell too bud. Never ever going back to this awful place. I feel like I have been bombarded and discriminated because of FLOWERS. This man is a fool and needs to read up on God's love and grace because he clearly is mixed up. Do not go if you want to be shunned for being...
Read moreFirst time coming to this market and I must say, they have a nice variety of seasonal fruits and veggies and other items like jams, a plant nursery, 🍯,homemade cakes, 🥚, meats from local farmers and even some handmade 🕯️.. And yes, the prices are great! However, I’m debating if I would come back. It’s not a welcoming vibe there for sure—No greetings. Now this older lady with these deep blue eyes came up to the checkout counter asking me, “did you pay for these yet” I replied “not yet, why what’s going on”? She played it off by saying she going to get something or someone— some excuse, cause I gave her the same energy she gave me. But proceeds to stand there the entire time just supervising and looking—the man did have some difficulty but he fixed the issue. It’s the lingering around that got me. Extremely weird cause at the other checkout 4 (white) women where there and she didn’t even step that way or ask none of them anything. However she did switch up her demeanor (after I paid) by wishing me Happy Easter as she walks off. Now the guy who checked me out was genuinely nice and we shared some small talk. I referred some friends there 👱🏻♀️👩🏽 and I’ll wait to hear what they think before I drive out of...
Read moreI purchased some elderberry syrup & accidentally grabbed the baby one. I called the SAME day and asked them if I could exchange it for the regular one. My husband went the following day and I don't know if the elderly man was the owner or what but started fussing to my husband that somebody had called the day before asking to return the same item (which he replied yes that was my wife) & he kept rambling that "somebody" had allready came in & returned it.1. What does that have to do with him? 2. What kind of customer service is that? & 3. You guys should really put up your return policy somewhere visible if it's going to be a problem when someone has to return/exchange items. My husband went ahead & exchanged it for a more expensive alternative. but if I were him I would of returned it and got my money back. Extremely poor customer service & will not be coming...
