Academy Sports + Outdoors — Attraction in Kansas City

Stopped by there to buy athletic shoes today. Decided on the style that I love. Didn't care for the color but they had a great sale price on them. Pretty picked over but for the price I understood. 3 employees at the checkout yet none of them could acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. Finally rang me up but the price was NOT the sale price. She called for a price check. "OH! The whole section was priced wrong" Any other business would have acknowledge their error as my gain. NOPE. She acted like I grew a 3rd eye. Definitely will not get my business. Horrible service! Horrible...

So glad Academy opened up here! The store looked really nice. There was nothing thrown around, unfolded. You can find a sales clerk for help. Each sales clerk came up to ask if needed any help, that's a plus! You have a good crew going for you. Wow not very often this happens. It was amazing this store had items on the shelves. Gun department is a joke. Every time they have something I want to buy it’s the same game of stand around at the counter for a half hour and wait for someone to acknowledge you’re there. Doesn’t matter the day, doesn’t matter the time, could be the only person in the store and they’d wait 20 minutes to ask if you need help.
