Was the worst experience ever, at this location. Over crowded rude disrespectful parents cursing each other. Not carrying that there are children present. Management is attrocious! They do not manage correctly. A parent in the entrance where you make your orders. Was cursing a mother with her child,(other parent male) trying to intimidate and demean her. Manager watched it all transpire did absolutely nothing! I stepped in to help and confront the male parent. Who also was setting a fine example for his son. I just got involved to make him back up and leave her and child alone. Which worked. Myself and the mother asked the manager was going to do. Reply was nothing. "I can't do anything". When in fact she could of and remedied it all in several ways. In which of one would have been having this man removed from the establishment. Had traumatized several children who had witnessed the whole indecent. Not only was this just a one indecent thing there were several just walking in the front door. Not to mention it was for a school fundraiser. So the establishment along with the management, should have been better and also prepared properly. Knowing that it was an event for kids k-5. Not to forget the other employees were dealing with everything that the management should of. Two employee's Broke down in tears and walked out. Food was cold. Orders were missing/going to wrong tables. Other parents were complaining, demanding their money back. It was a total circus. Manager went to back and hid. We came threw the front and the safety stamps, so no child can lrave or be taken, my two kids were stamped as a part of the group behind us. Very poorly ran, in every aspect you could imagine. Never going back. They also wouldn't honor the school fundraisers coupon. Awful. Made me so anxious and mad i was ready to Leave and did. Can't imagine how the children felt. Was there all of about fifteen minutes. Took my money and family and left. Highly do not recommend them at all. Out of all places. This has been the worst...

Rude Customer's Come Here The Most.My Youngest who is 4, She Is On The Spectrum (Autistic) The Parent's are Always Quick To Give a Funky Look as soon as She Has A Meltdown Or DOESN'T Act How The Want Her to. She Responds DIFFERENT than Other Children, She is NonVerbal with Autism..she can't always tell me exactly what she wants and needs in a way that I can Understand" so She Gets Frustrated amd Has Meltdowns. She is Sensitive To sound.& Also The Environment Around Other Children,bc She Likes to Play Alone, so every time we find a Game she can Handle or Actually has fun Playing, Other Children come up and Push her out of the Way. Especially during Ticket Splash with Chuck E. They push her Out Of the way to Grab all The Tickets at some visits even Snatching Tickets straight Out Of Her Hands, I can't Do anything about it but Watch and Feel Sad for My Daughter. She may Be 4, But she isn't going to Push some other Child, steal Things Out Of their Hands or Be Mean, she's A Gentle Soul. These other children are running off away from their parents,so most DON'T see what their child is doing to other's, but Also I've Had Parents Standing there watching their Child Push Mine and ateal from Her Hands. Smh They just Look at You amd Smile then walk away with their Kod Like "Good Jov Honey!" And Most pf these Kids ARE OLDER than her ny A Few Year's. Is this how everyone is bringing up their Children Now? Like Jerks & snobs?? I'm Super Proud Of My Girl's! I'm Glad They are Exactly How I Taught Then, The Right Way..Loving,Caring & Kind! With Manners! Guess Parent's DON'T Believe On That Anymore..esp towards Special Needs Children/People! Let's Just Teach Our Kid's To Be Lil A$$Holes To everybody now..okay?! Smh Maybe Tje Parent's Are just like them too! Give yourselves a Big Pat On The Backs..you're sure raising them well..huh? Be...

Went to the Zona Rosa location with family this past Sunday around 1pm. Two adults, two children aged 7 and 4. We ordered 1 pizza, 1 breadsticks, 1 salad bar, 4 drinks and an hour of play for each of the kids.

The good: The breadsticks were great and the pizza was good too.

The salad bar was unlimited trip (for $11.99) so we went and got salad a couple of times and all 4 of us just ate from it.

The drinks were also unlimited.

The bathrooms were relatively clean.

The bad: Prices are way higher than my last visit (which admittedly, was pre-COVID). For what we had, it was just over $100 for 4 of us (even with discounts).

They show discounts on their menu boards (for example; if you buy food you get 10% off the price of the game cards) but we had to ask for the discount. The first receipt she gave me (before I paid) clearly didn’t have the advertised discounts and I had to ask for the price to be adjusted.

Trash was overflowing in our nearest trash can, and only emptied once in the near 2 hours we were there.

They were busy I admit because of birthday parties, but the pizza and breadsticks we ordered took 45 minutes to be prepared.

A lot of the machines were broken; especially the ones that take your picture for those “memories”. They had 4 such machines (picture takers) and all 4 were out of order.

The 6 small trampolines they have will cost you about $15-$20 per child extra. That’s in addition to what you paid for the food and game cards. Despite the disappointment when we told the children, we just couldn’t stretch to that having already paid over $100 for...

For small children, it’s great—they have fun and don’t realize what’s going on. However, the service was terrible. I paid for a package costing over $100 just to have unlimited passes for three kids, and the table didn’t include cake, pizza, or anything else. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t clarify any doubts, especially the person in charge of taking orders and checking reservations. There was no one consistently available at the front to assist, and when you wanted to buy something, you had to wait for someone to show up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I expected much more from the place. Even though my daughter had a great time—naturally, being little she doesn’t understand what was happening—I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I was fortunate enough to spend the afternoon with my bff's 2yr old 🤗 My husband advised me to take home somewhere with lots of entertainment, games, fun, food and friendly people. Also, safety is important and Chuck E Cheese has a group identifying system that works well and is efficient. Other families were celebrating birthdays but there was room for everyone. They do not have tokens anymore (you get a plastic playing card) and most games are 1 credit (very kid friendly). We were able to get a few trucks and cars with his winning tickets. Northland Chuck E Cheese was clean and welcoming. Great Experience ❤

This location is recently updated. New machines for the kids to play. New floor and tables. Plenty of seating! Brand new dance floor for Chuck-E to dance with the kids. Ticket splash with Chuck-E every 30 minutes. Food is expensive! $20 for a large pizza... I always bring a coupon for play points. The one I use is $20 for 100 play points. This location no longer does tokens. Play points are loaded onto a play card. My family plays for about an hour with 100 play points. Good for rainy day fun.
