Chouteau Crossings Shopping Center — Attraction in Kansas City

Oh my God! I was doing a side gig. Iwalk in about 2 inches of water on the floor. The tell me it hasn't even been started yet. The guy in front of me cancelled after 23 min.while I'm sitting there waiting. The employee was talking to someone saying that 2 other IHOPS has just been closed by the health department and they were probably next. I'm thinking mold. This place leaves a lot to be desired, but I blame the patrons more so than the actual infrastructure of the Chouteau Crossing Shopping Center. Ideally located right off a busy interstate, this shopping location has several options for food and shopping (including some niche stores like Sally's Beauty.) HOWEVER, I try to avoid this place as much as possible because it is a hot spot for crime. Plenty of nefarious activities have taken place in this place before, so don't go here alone...

3 of 5 stars made more sense and is due the excessive amount of litter on and around the property grounds. As well, the trash bins outside seemed to be overflowed throughout. One thing about this shopping center is that the lot security personnel takes his job very seriously and will let you know with actions that you and your property will be safe while on the patrolled grounds.
