pOpshelf is like the sophisticated cousin of Five Below. Both stores offer fun, trendy products, but pOpshelf has a slightly fancier vibe with a broader range of home decor, gifts, and seasonal items. While the prices are a bit higher, the quality and aesthetic make it worth the extra dollars.
That said, navigating the store can be frustrating. During my visit — in the middle of the day, not during restocking hours — there were carts of stock cluttering the aisles, making it hard to browse the shelves comfortably. It was a bit annoying, especially with other customers trying to shop.

First impressions: very clean, bright and easy to navigate the store. There is only self checkout, but the staff will help you if you need it. The sign is up high and easy to miss. Bags are free when you checkout (they're paper so you can recycle them or use them ♻️).

When confronted about searching our things we were told we looked like immature teenagers (even though none of us are) The manager was flat out rude and disrespectful.
