Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Kansas City

This was a ROUGH night at B Dubs! While our server was nice enough, the food was TERRIBLE. They have a Bottomless Apps special, and that seems to be affecting the entire restaurant in a negative way. Servers are busy, cooks are busy, and food is TERRIBLE. We had incredibly dry and overcooked wings, tenders, fried pickles, onion rings and fries. The first order of pickles was edible, but after that, the entire meal went downhill. As well, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, but it came with chicken the texture of a paste or a pate. It was as if someone stuck it in a blender. I forced a couple bites down and just couldn't stomach another bite. I told the server, and she said maybe the chef just chopped it up too much. Why is it chopped in the first place? When one orders grilled chicken, people typically expect chunks or cutlets. This seemed like food made for people with no teeth. I also showed the waitress how everyone's meals were overcooked, and she agreed and said the kitchen is very busy and understaffed. I totally understand that, but when someone sends nearly an entire sandwich back and leaves the other food behind and doesn't take it home in boxes, there should be some sort of discount applied. As well, at the beginning of the meal, she talked us in to ordering the bottomless apps, but then we found out they were out of cheese sticks and then out of chips for chips and queso. At the end of our meal, she said a manager went to the store and bought cheese sticks. They were delivered to everyone in the restaurant who had been waiting for those. So they were trying. Super disappointed by my Togo service tonight. Placed my order online and was told it would be an hour wait which was totally fine. Got there at my time stated. Noticed that there was numbered parking for Togo but wasn’t much detail as to what I needed to do so I park in a number 17 spot and called the location. I talked to a girl on Togo who sounded like she was very busy which is understandable for a Friday night. I kindly tried to ask what the protocol was for Togo. That I was unaware if I could come in or if I needed to stay in the numbered spot. The girl had no idea what I was talking about. I kindly restated and she asked what I name was. After I told her she had said that I had already paid. I replied that yes I placed an online order I was just unaware if I should come inside or stay in the spot that I’m in. She then told me to go ahead and pull up to the handicap spot and she would bring my food out. She was very kind and polite when she came out. When I got home I noticed that the wings I ordered were incorrect. I was suppose to have a half sweet bbq and half Parmesan garlic. They were only bbq. My other order was the combo of wings and fri special. The wings were correct but there was only 6 fries in the box. I had ordered 3 sides of ranch and I was just given 1 contain to share. All of my food tasted like it has been sitting there for an hour. Fries were awful. Food was cold. If I knew my food was going to be made sooner I would of happily came in earlier. Visited this location today and was treated like a second-class citizen! Three of us visited and ordered. The salad and wings came out first, then 10 minutes later the fries and cauliflower wings that were ordered. Each and every item was barely room temperature. I asked for the manager who offered to basically reheat the wings and fries that were left on the table. He returned with the semi reheated wings and no fries. I had to call him back to the table to inform him how dissatisfied I was and that I would not be eating anything else. He offered to take off charges for the items that were left over but I never even mentioned wanting a credit on the bill, i felt like he was insinuating that I wanted my food for free. No, what I wanted was my order to be correct and fresh. He later returned to the table with the final bill of $47 and some change which I could only LOL because that is exactly how much I make per hour! So for the manager of the liberty Missouri location, this African-American woman can and did pay her bill but I am posting this online for all to see how this location treated me today. I hope it was worth it and I will also be calling corporate as well as I I am driving to my home in...
