Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Kansas City

I went here and got a quesadilla. They put no sauce with my quesadilla after i ordered extra. No big deal, mistakes happen, so I go inside and ask for my sauces. The girl, a ginger i think, gives me one sauce that was filled about a quarter inch in the small sauce container. So i asked for my extra that I had ordered and she gave me another container filled with one bite worth of sauce. I thought i wasn’t seeing things right so I accepted it and took it, then the person I was with confirmed that I was not crazy and there was very little sauce seriously barely covered the bottom of the container. I was devastated, I enjoyed three bites of my quesadilla as there was only enough sauce for three bites. Holy moly! Are all three of the young girls new? Doesn’t seem like any of them knew what to do, how to make the food or any order it’s all supposed to be made in. The online girl said “oh I’m sorry you have been waiting, I didn’t see it pop up” meanwhile where was she?! Of course she didn’t see it. This was the first time I had been to tropical smoothie. I went because I had gotten coupons in the mail. When we ordered, an employee, Tobi, had us pay without telling us they didn't use the coupon.
