Whataburger Liberty, MO — Restaurant in Kansas City

Went through the drive-thru this morning to get my husband and daughter some breakfast. Elias was taking our order & he was AMAZING! He had PHENOMENAL customer service! He was very sweet & kind especially when I came up to the window! He was full of smiles & you can tell he enjoys his job! He never once rushed me or kept asking “is that all” like other places! We will definitely be back! He definitely deserves a raise because any other time I go to any whataburger or this one, the workers have an attitude and aren’t friendly. He deserves some recognition for his amazing service and joy he brings! Keep of the AMAZING work Elias!!

Second trip, second store. Food is good, burger really good and it's easy to order in the app. Hot and ready when we drove up.

However!.

Both trips, our order was messed up. Required a second trip through drive thru to get the order fixed. First time they forgot to include a fork with the salad. Hard to eat salad that way😒.

Second trip Kathy ordered wings, but wanted ranch dressing, not buffalo sauce. Either I missed a way to eliminate hot sauce or they included it without invitation. We had to go around and she got a patty melt. They included fries she didn't order, were fairly good about refunding the cash, and I am taking the wings home 'cause I loved them.

As I said, good to great food, but they need to be more careful filling orders. Ordering through the app is great if you have a way to eliminate stuff you don't need. I'll be back, Kathy,...

Came here during the night recently, big mistake. The food and service are completely different than during the day. Very obvious they don't care. The lady at the door was using the weight of the cup to fill the drinks, causing them to overfill, then just wiping them up after. Requested half cut tea, was told it was no issue, then got the sweetest tea imaginable. The only other wrong thing was that we requested a double jalapeño burger, only got a single, and I went in to remedy it. Waited a few minutes before someone tended to the front, had a cook come up after noticing me, and another dude waiting a while. Young kid was very helpful with dealing with it. Went back and told them the correct order, and one of the older gentlemen back there commented that we are only doing it to get free food.
