Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory — Attraction in Kansas City

Usually I LOVE Rock Mountain Chocolate Factory but this location is run terribly. Their apples are usually delicious and worth the over $10 price tag. I went to this location with my husband and it took forever for someone to come out to take our order. When I got the apple, the caramel was as hard as a rock. I couldn’t even bite into it so I ended up throwing it away. It was either very old or the caramel wasn’t done correctly or burnt. Judging by the other reviews, it was probably sitting...

Service was great until I went to pay they have got the most ridiculous sign and the their manager has got to be the most ignorant non informative manager I think I've ever seen in a business I was trying to buy $50 worth of ice cream handed the lady a $50 bill and she could not take that because they could only take nothing over 50 don't make sense to me and that's what their manager said not to do where unbelievable will not be coming back and I will recommend no one else come here...

Just went to go buy a apple. I am gluten free and tried looking the nutritional information up online but couldn’t get it to load on my phone. I asked the employee behind the counter what is GF. She went and asked someone in the back (I’m assuming a manager) and I was rudely told she doesn’t know anything about what’s GF. It’s insane that a manager wouldn’t know what’s In their own products or have such a lack of customer service they couldn’t be bothered to help...
