Panda Express — Restaurant in Kansas City

Worst place ever! I do not recommend it. First off I'm in the drive thru and the guy taking my order is VERY RUDE AND RUSHING ME. I said hold on sir I have only been here 2 times ever. So I'm trying to figure out what to get. I would of went inside but I just worked almost 24 hrs between 2 different jobs. So I order my kids meal hes keeps saying is that all can I get you something else do you want a single or a plate or I said hold on. I try to order then find out its 160 more for some shrimp that you get 5 pieces of. So everytime i order something he repeats it and says that's it. I'm look at the screen and all there is the kids meal. Then he says I'll give you your total at the window. I said but you been rushing me and then you didnt even get my order in as i order it. Then i go to the window he says 27. Something I'm like for some fake Chinese food he explains I do the mathilde I'm like I guess then tells me to pull up to the front of the restaurant so that they can bring my food out when they ready. So I have to be rushed on the poor food I got to sit for 20 min waiting on like 4 pieces of chicken in my plate combo the kids meal need and broccoli with no beef it was like 2 pieces in it and all rice. The service sucked the people are rude and I still told them to have a good day. I worked in restaurants almost my entire young life even served table and ar one restaurant for 8 years. Now I'm in healthcare. But I do know you have to have hospitality if you don't like what you do or don't want to do it and want no business then stay home be broke. Or find a different job. Went in to pick up a doordash around 10:00 this evening. The lobby was open they told me the lobby would be open till 10:30. They didn't have the items I needed because apparently after 10:00 they have a very limited menu so I went back outside to try and contact the customer to see what they wanted. As I was sitting in my car I witnessed a group go to walk up to the door one of the workers beat this group to the door and locked the door on them. Refusing to let them back in. After they left I went back up to the door and they indeed we're going to let me in I took video of the door being locked and the lady walking up to it. Extremely unprofessional and rude of this stuff. The date is September 20th 2024 and the time is 10:00 p.m. the lady even said no we'll let you in we just don't want to let them in it was a whole group of foreign college kids just trying to get some food after a game. We just left this establishment at about 9:29pm. Placed our entire order in the drive thru and when we got to the window, we noticed we forgot to order a side of rice. So we ask the young lady taking our payment at the window if it was at all possible to add to our order. She literally says “I guess” and grabs my card, and as soon as she closes the window SHE DROPS TO THE GROUND (ON HER KNEES I IMAGINE) SCREAMING OFF THE TOP OF HER LUNGS like a wild animal. Even scared one of the other employees which happen to be another young lady. I would assume this is out of stress?.
