Salon Atmosphere — Attraction in Kansas City

My daughter wanted her hair done badly...after looking at many salon reviews all over Kansas city, we chose Salon Atmosphere! When we called, there was no one there to do my daughters hair....but they called Chloe and she came right in! Mind you, the streets were bad and the temps bitterly cold, but she still did it! When we walked in, the place smelled lovely, and felt inviting. Chloe was very personable, and she knew exactly what my daughter wanted. I would not recommend this salon for baby's first haircut package. First off they were out of the certificates and said they would mail it. She showed me the girl certificates and said the boy ones look the same but with animals on it. This all took place December 23, 2016. It took until January 25th,2017 to receive the certificate. It looks nothing like what she showed me. It is printed on card stock as if they printed it off the computer real quick. There isn't even a place to attach his picture. I started going to this salon when my stylist, Michelle, moved her business there. Michelle has been my stylist for way over 15 years… She is AWESOME. I don’t have to tell her what I want she already knows. Also, she is very knowledgeable about hair care and is always focused on her clients having healthy hair. Michelle educates her clients about their specific hair type and how to take care of their hair. I have also had an opportunity to converse with the other stylists and watch them work.
