Adam who is the owner of elevation jeeps is one of the worst business men I have been associated with in my 45 years of adult life. I spent thousands of dollars on services and equipment provided by his company which ended up as extremely below the standard of care. 1) Placed an alarm system on my jeep which malfunction from day one by draining the battery over night, recharged the battery over and over only draining the battery over night again and again . He blamed it on a bad battery. Purchased and placed a new battery and problem continued. Wanted to charge me for a second attempt of placing a new alarm which did not rectify the problem. He refused a refund, leaving me to take it to another professional alarm company who rectified the problem;however, costing me a second time2) Installed a lighting system which did not function properly because he wired it wrong and tried to blame the problem on me.3) Cracked my front windshield while trying to place a electronic camera. 4) purchased a battery recharger to be mounted on the jeep which never worked and did not refund my money.5) Purchased over 5 thousand dollars in new tires which he guaranteed lifetime free rotations. He refused to honor his guarantee, and now have to pay another automotive company to perform. Adam put new 4:88 gears and ARB air lockers in my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland. Adam answered every question I had. The process only took his shop one day to complete. Because of my own time issues, Adam allowed me to drop off my jeep about a week early and I picked up the jeep on the day after the work was complete. Adam showed me the work that he had preformed, informed me on what I needed to do for the break in. I Immediately drove the jeep from Houston Texas to Hot Springs Arkansas, minding the break in procedure Adam advised me of.
