Today I had a delightful family lunch experience at El Rancho Mexican Restaurant and I couldn't wait to share my positive thoughts! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff, setting the tone for the fantastic meal that awaited us.
The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the carne guisada, which was tender and flavorful, and the bisteck carne asada tacos were a mouthwatering delight, which my nephew enjoyed. My mom also enjoyed the refreshing shrimp cocktail, which had the perfect balance of tangy and savory flavors. Every dish was a true testament to the authentic Mexican cuisine served at El Rancho. I do think the prices are high but the food was great.
Not only was the food amazing, but the customer service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and genuinely caring throughout our entire meal. It's evident that they take great pride in ensuring their guests have a wonderful dining experience.
The restaurant itself was immaculately clean, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance. I appreciate how well-maintained and inviting the facility was, making us feel comfortable and relaxed during our lunch.
Lastly, I must commend the restaurant on its prompt service. Our food arrived quickly without compromising on quality.
Overall, I highly recommend El Rancho Mexican Restaurant to anyone seeking an outstanding Mexican culinary adventure with exceptional customer service. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to for more delectable meals and cherished moments with my family. Keep up...
Read moreLast Saturday was my mother’a birthday, who recently passed away 2 months ago. Since my mother loved margaritas and Mexican food my sister and I decided to visit El Rancho to celebrate her day. My sister and my nephews met me and my husband there around noonish. We had fun, the food was good and the margaritas were yummy. We even got a margarita for mommy, which we kept in the center of the table. When it was time for the check, we split it two ways. My sister and my nephews in one check and my husband and I on another. My husband left a $10 tip on on our check and my sister left $20 in cash for hers. Today my sister noticed that she was charged an extra $35 from the restaurant. So she called them, come to find out our waitress had added a $35 tip from her receipt. When confronted she claimed that she only received $.35 tip from the table. Excuse me… we have the receipt to prove you received $10 from one check alone. And we handed you the $20 bill from the other. So you are lying through your teeth. And even if that was true (which is wasn’t) you don’t have the right to charge someone’s card an extra $35 period. Luckily my sister talked to her bank and was able to get the charge adjusted correctly.. But still, we will never ever dine at this establishment...
Read moreWe went in on Fathers Day to have dinner w my husband and kids and we had a really bad experience. The waitress who attended us was very rude from the moment we walked in. My husband asked if they sold aguas frescas, and the waitress rudely said "this is a Mexican restaurant, not a taqueria", after she took our drinks order she walked to where the other workers were standing and started talking bad as if she was bothered that we were there. (We could tell by her looks and face expressions). Not only did we have bad service, but I also had a bad experience w my food. I ordered shrimp enchiladas, and every single shrimp inside had shells. I kept on having to spit out the shells so I didn't even get to eat half of my plate. We paid and then spoke to the manager, we told him about our experience and he said "he apologized and that this was the 2nd time this weekend that someone complained about shells on their shrimp" he said it might be bc the cooks are "new and young". You would think that after complaining about my food and even showing them the shells they would at least refund me for the plate that I didn't eat, but they did not. This was our first time there...
