I usually go here and I’ve met the general manager and we’ve exchanged numbers. On.8/11, I came by and ordered six crunchy tacos with beans. I let the cashier at the moment whose name is DeShawn know that I would like three packets for tacos to which he tells me it’s one packet per taco. I tell him there’s no such rule and if I need to, I would pay extra. I get to the window and pay and I see the general manager next to the cashier with a big grin on his face. I get home and there’s 47 Packets of hot sauce in my bag. The reason I’m writing this review is because wasting 47 hot sauce packets is ridiculous because it’s still part of food cost, I used to be a general manager for several years and I was just dumbfounded that the general manager was OK with this. The bigger picture for me is this, I got home and I didn’t feel comfortable eating my tacos because I don’t know if they were tainted. If the person serving the food is petty enough to put 47 hot sauce packets in my bag because I asked for 18, And the general manager was right next to him, grinning,I wouldn’t be surprised if my food was spit in because I was a “demanding” customer - With this being said there is a Taco Bell 1 mile down the street off of Fry Road that I will be going to. I post this because I don’t trust Those two employees and if that’s the behavior that’s happening more than likely I’m not trusting the other employees also and I don’t think other customers should also…. once again there is another Taco Bell on Fry Road , Two exits away or 1 mile down the road

Friendly faces, happy smiles, wonderful food!! Thank you to the wonderful staff here. The food was HOT and FRESH! We got done early at the Rustic over in Houston and we’re looking for some after the show grub! Taco Bell is definitely a go to. We chatted with the coolest dude, Daniel! He was making sure the lobby was CLEAN too. Shout to Daniel! Thanks again to the wonderful people back in the kitchen too. Y’all keep us going! Taco Bell, I swear, hires some of the nicest people around.

Husband was dashing went through drive thru they said park in the front we waited and waited and watched at least 15-20 cars you in and out the drive thru! You call nobody answers the phone. Walked to the door they say 5 more minutes! How is it 5 more minutes and I literally watched cars come and go and then they bring the food and and everything isn’t in the order and I have to wait yet again. This is totally unacceptable.

I frequent this location atleast 4 times a month and has never had a problem w/any staff until tonight. I’ve never used the App so I decided to do so for the first time and when I arrove, the App immediately instructed me to pull up to the drive-thru and/so that’s what did. However, the guy at the drive-thru window was courteous but advised me that I had to drive back around and check in at the drive thru because I drove to the window and/but as I was talking to him to get an understanding of what I did wrong, another employee rudely screamed: but you still have to pull around. The problem that I had is this: I was first of all misinstructed in the App (not advising me to first pull up at the Drive-Thru and not the Window). Secondly, your rude Employee by the name of Brittany (Caucasian Female w/Tan Hair & Eye Glasses) was the one that got rude with me. The guy at the window that gave me instructions was somewhat nice but I didn’t appreciate being screamed at like a little kid by the lady in the background. We didn’t have an issue until she butted in our conversation. I tried to cancel my order before I pulled back around but the system wouldn’t allow me. I’m not a mean person but she was rude. The guy wasn’t. He shut the window to defuse the situation and I appreciate it because I was about to really lose my temper because the lady was rude first. I’m not a mean person but I don’t feel that I was treated right. It was my first time using the App so I didn’t know the proper protocol and I feel really bad because I drove off feeling as if I was wrong for even coming and placing the order thru the App in the first place. I apologize for using profanity but I feel as if I was provoked because of the ladies rudeness. She more-less taunted me and and made it laughable for me having to drive back around rudely saying: you still have to drive back around) after the guy had already nicely told me. I know that working in fast food is hard and I hate that it happened. I...

The food was good other than the fact it was soggy from sitting on a shelf for 10 mins before we finally realized it hadn't been called out for us to come get as it was placed for pick up in store and we had already gotten our drinks from the manager. The manager was rude and disrespectful and spoke to customers as if he didn't want to be here. A lady was trying to ask questions about the app and how to use the points he almost yelled at her "you use them in the app" and she was unsure as to how. My sister helped her figure it out while we were eating. Then an elderly gentleman came in and wanted to order off the front counter. It was obvious the older man didn't know how to use the kiosk but the manager sae him after 8 mins waiting and asked him if he had placed one or needed to. When the man said I was wanting to place one here if possible the manager got snotty and told him well you know we have a kiosk so you didn't have to wait for me what what do you want to order. It was rude and just uncalled for. If you don't like your job the quit kindness is not that hard to...
