I moved to Katy 4 years ago, and had no idea this place existed. The lady said that they have been around for 15 years. The service is fast, friendly, efficient, helpful, and accommodating. The place was clean and cozy, but spacious enough to have enough privacy. The food was great. I had the phở tái nạm gầu (rare thinly sliced beef that cooks in the broth, lean brisket, and fatty brisket). My son had the phở chính (well done thinly sliced beef). My daughter had the cơm bò lúc lắc (shaken beef rice plate). The phở broth was aromatic and super clear. This is very hard to cook as it takes lots of timing and lots of attention if done right. If done incorrectly, it tastes bland. They nailed it 100%. The meat is extremely thin cut, which is the way I prefer my pho protein. The portions were huge. At first I thought that they didn't give me enough protein. 2/3 of the way through my bowl, I realized that I had just the right amount of meat. My son is a super picky eater when it comes to pho. He only eats at 1 spot on Bellaire which is a 30 minute drive away. He cleaned out his bowl and also mentioned that he would be returning in the future. My duaghter enjoyed her rice plate as well. She's not as picky, but she knows what she likes. She gave it 2 thumbs up. The shaken beef had that authentic smokey flavor which leads me to believe that it was cooked using a wok and not a skillet. I'm so happy we found this place.

Dad and I ended up here during lunch hour, arriving a little after 12, between physicians appointments. We sat by the windows, hoping to be away from others for elbow room. I explained to our very smiling and friendly waitress we were in a bit of a rush and only had a little over 30 mins before we had to leave. I asked if we could order one meal and split it. (Who wants to keep leftovers in the car on a warm Texas midday?) She promptly offered to bring to plates with the meal and took our orders. For the (2 orders of) shrimp spring-rolls, she cheerfully exchanged a peanut sauce for fish sauce. No skimping on shrimp! 4- just like in the picture. Cooked to perfection. It wasn't tough. And FRESH, finely chopped up bean sprouts!!! Our stir fried egg noodles with meat combination (mi xao don hoac mem) was steamy and hot. The plate was cooo to the touch. A tad tasteless but overall appetizing and delicious! Plenty of veggies - cabbage, carrots. Ordering waters, our total was just under $30. Sad to say, once she took our order, I never saw her again. I had to go to the counter to ask for a box and pay. Maybe this is the norm ... but Idk. We would definitely visit again. Parking was good. I think it's actually the only occupied space in this whole building.

Went there for pick up. Ordered thai tea, shrimp spring rolls, and pho w/ seafood and veggies. $27.06.. almost 30 dollars for a main course, an appetizer, and a drink. May go to any other mid-price cafes and get the same course, but the quality of the food would be much better. Can't say anything bad about the shrimp rolls and its sauce. It was good. The soup tho.. the "egg noodles" were your regular hair noodles that got stick together so bad, they didn't want to un-stick even after adding the soup. The "seafood" in the bowl is: 2 octopus cuts, 3-4 srimps, around 5 fish cakes of the low-medium quality, and like 5 surimi crabs. And some veggies (mainly salads). That's it?!?! I remind you, twenty seven dollar.. the thai tea was okay, but. I've never been to Thailand, so I don't know authentic Thai tea but at all other places I have tried this drink, it was always very sweet and rich, almost like a desert. Here, it's not as sweet (which is a good thing) but it doesn't have that richness to it. Instead, you just taste that the drink is based on the very strong black tea ("same tea bag in the cup for 3 days" kinda vibe) that is not necessary good... so, my experience with the food was negative
