Prices are extremely high and quality is questionable. We just got everything from a local store. Taste and quality are the same. 3 times cheaper.
Everything is overpriced on those farmers markets. Island avocados are $6 per lb compared to $1.99 in any near by store. $5 one mango. Bananas are $1 each. Just check pictures from other reviews to see examples of prices.
We are from California and farmers' markets there are amazing. Much cheaper. Was surprising for us to see this ripoff. Prices are 5X - 10X compared to prices in California.
We overheard conversation between two farmers on the market where one farmer was trying to talk another farmer to use more chemicals. Our decision was to get all veggies and fruits from local stores. Tastes the same but 3 times cheaper.

There are also some booths selling burritos and other prepared foods so you might consider stopping here for breakfast or lunch.
They always have musicians and other performers that you can sit and enjoy while you are there as well.
My only complaint is the parking. They've fenced of the field where they used to have us park so now you just need to park out on the road. It fills up quick so if you don't want to walk a ways, I'd recommend getting...
