I had to call them very late at night with a technical issue, and I not only reached a person right away, but they followed up every 10 min (or less) via email (once they had the initial info via phone) to let me know what the status was and had the whole thing fixed in less than an hour - impressive considering it wasn't an easy remote fix, they had to send someone over to their building at 11:30pm.
