The Closet Butler is an absolutely wonderful local company. From the very beginning phone call, I enjoyed the experience. Melanie it's who came to our house to measure for our new closets, but she did so much more than that. We were able to work out a plan and I was so grateful for her knowledge and expertise. There were certain things that I just didn't know how to explain to her, and she immediately knew I was talking about. work with. We were able to get an installation date, and they stuck to it which I appreciated! The day of install, and Justin and Zach called ahead about half an hour before they were going to be at my house which was really helpful. When they showed up, they introduced themselves, were very respectful, and got right to work. They worked hard and were efficient. Justin and Zach were probably two of the most respectful workers I have ever had in my home, and we have had a lot done. Very impressed with their professionalism and their gentle demeanors. If quality closets is what you are searching for, look no further than The Closet Butler! Even though our walk in closet space was small, Curtis worked his magic on giving us back wasted space that the previous closet had stole from us. The result is a very precise and efficient space that we now have to keep our closet space clean and tidy. We also had them install 2 cabinets and floating shelves in our laundry room as well. The end result was fantastic. The whole process was almost as smooth as one could hope with a custom closet company. Curtis came out and gave us a bid and after a few tweaks of what we were envisioning, we were all set. Wait time was not bad and honestly the only critique I have was about the installation. With the money I was investing, I was slightly disappointed that a little more care was not used to avoid damaging walls not associated with the actual installation of the closet material. However, after also damaging a small section of wallpaper in the laundry room, The Closet Butler did purchase the wallpaper for me to replace the section of damaged wallpaper, which I greatly appreciated. It has been 3 weeks today since our closet was completed. I’m ashamed to admit it, but, I almost started loving my closet more than my kids. My husband pulled me back to reality when he told me my son, who serves in the army, arrived at our home with his family and insisted I needed to come out and visit. I finally did get my priorities straight after a struggle of withdrawal by staying away except to get my clothes, change, do my makeup, brush my hair and tidy up, etc. Of course, my first words were “You have to come see what we did!”

I think I’m going to insist my next grandson be named”Curtis” since both our designer, and builder were blessed with the same name. Both Curtis’ were talented, kind, responsible, and courteous. Wish I were younger! Sorry, I digress....

Anyway, we love how tidy our master closet is now. Everything has a place. After instructing the hubby on how to put his folded things away on the shelves, even he is taken with our delightful new closet. We even had mood lighting installed....
