10 Spot — Attraction in Kearny

They do have great buys here but there is one policy that to me does not make sense at all. I bought mesh shorts & a mesh top. I assumed it was a bathing suit cover up. When I tried to return it because it was a little tight, they said it was considered a bathing suit & wouldn’t take it back. They said it was on my receipt. When asked where, they said all 40 or 04 meant it was not returnable. Well how on earth would a customer know this? They know because they were trained to know. I think they should tell you before you purchase whatever cannot be returned or have signs posted. Also, they are NOT a friendly bunch. They seem annoyed when you want to check out. The store should be called $10 AND MORE!!!. Asked several employees why arent the prices all for $10 when a pair of ripped jeans is $26.99 was told to look in clearance for $10,plus the cashier Hispanic-Krystal ask me to buy a 10 cent bag at checkout ,and I told her I wanted the free bag as other Hispanic customers received-she said ok BUT CHARGED ME ANYWAY ON RECEIPT.
