I have never in my life been so disrespected and seen such egregious behavior! While taking my order, the older Indian woman kept rolling her eyes and screwing up her face as if she was annoyed just to take my order, she was very unpleasant and spoke with an attitude dispite the fact that I was pleasant to her. After taking my order, instead of handing me my receipt, she places my receipt behind the glass on the counter. I ask her kindly if that receipt was for me, and she ignores me and turns around to do something. I KINDLY ask her again because I felt that she probably just didn't hear me the first time. She ignores me again. I KINDLY ask a third time, she ignores me again! Then I lightly knocked on the glass to get her attention which she acts as if she can't hear and then an Indian girl that she walked over to, turns around to me with extreme unnecessary aggression and says, "You have to wait, she's doing something" I said, "But I've asked her several times and she's not responding" the Indian girl, with an attitude says, "because she's doing something" I then, once again, ask the older Indian woman if that was my receipt. She says yes. I ask her to hand me my receipt because it was behind the glass, closer to her than me, and the younger Indian girl pushes her hand and says, "You don't have to hand her anything" I was polite up until this point. They were being blatantly rude to me for absolutely no reason, I never gave them a reason to treat me with such disrespect. I said, "If that's my receipt, give me my receipt" The girl says, "I'm not giving you anything, I'm not trying to catch Corona" I said, "I'm not asking you to touch me, I asked for you to hand me my receipt" I then reached in to take my receipt and asked the girl for her name, she said, "That's none of your business " I then asked a black girl in the back for their names and she put her head down like she was afraid to give it to me. I then told both of the Indian women, that I would be going to corporate about this matter and they started YELLING at me, getting extremely irate, walking back and forth, wailing their hands like they wanted to fight. The younger Indian girl was the aggressor. There were two customers that came in to buy food, but after seeing how the girl behind the counter was behaving and talking to me in such a disrespectful manner and rude tone, they decided to walk right out without making their order. I said, "You see, you just made the customers leave because of your behavior" she yells, "I don't care, get out and don't come back!" I pointed to the camera and said, "You do know you're being recorded right?" This behavior was completely unnecessary and unprovoked. It was almost as if they had either a deep seeded hatred for people like me or they had a bad day and wanted to let off some steam and take it out on someone, but either way, I have never in my life received such egregious customer service! I felt so unwelcome and unappreciated as a paying customer. I would never come back to this place, it's so unwelcoming and the food...
Read moreWhat was hoped to be a quick meal while awaiting a bus that was 30 minutes away, turned into an agonizing, nearly all my time consuming, rush to get a meal in my gullet, while having to forego the second half of my plan, do a little shopping across the street, because of my meal taking too long. There is absolutely no reason why, on a Saturday evening, at the tail end of the dinner hours, that a Burger King should be as egregiously understaffed as this one. When you have a drive through and an inside eating area, there is no way there should be only three people in to staff the counter and food prep area. This is a recipe for disaster, which is exactly what happened. The counter person was clearly overwhelmed, and timing suffered. The inside eaters wound up being depriortized, while the drive thru customers it seemed, got the preferencials. As a result, with myself as first on line with one lady at the counter already awaiting her order, I ended up being the victim of a nearly fifteen minute wait just to get my food. The lady meanwhile, made at least three return trips to correct mistakes that had been made on her order, and she was not the least bit happy about it. My order wound up as a dry, undercooked Whopper Combo, drowning in mayo and devoid of onions. The only two saving graces were that I ended up being able to catch my bus and microwave my dinner into at least a more palatable state, and spare my ears of the continuous stentorian harangue of the aforementioned harridan, that was probably audible all the...
Read moreWhy does 98% of the staff act weird? For one thing the BK motto is "Have It Your Way". One night my son and I were out working and stopped to grab BK. My son ordered a specialty sandwich that included bacon, onion rings, and cheese. When we got a chance to stop and eat we discovered that they didn't put the bacon or the onion rings on the sandwich which we paid extra for and we had to drive back to correct the order. They asked for the incorrect sandwich back and agreed they had given him the wrong sandwich. My son asked to keep the wrong sandwich so that he can give it to a homeless person, as in our work a lot of homeless people are coming up to the car. A man who was about 35 (supposed manager) said he isn' t going to give the right sandwich until he gets the wrong one back. My son said BK is just going to throw it out anyways. It turned into a ridiculous showdown with the manager closing the window and holding up a long line refusing to open the window. The "manager" said he didnt care because he throws tons of food away every day. The kicker is THEY KNEW they had given the wrong sandwich and made such a ridiculous display of our request making it seem like we were trying to get over. How are we getting over when THEY made the mistake and we had to drive all the way back to the store using our gas and time for them to treat us like trash and hold up a long line just to prove something. Just weird and uncalled for. While there are some normal staff at this location, majority is...
