Five minutes into my appointment my nail technician took out her phone and decided it would be a good time to call her doctor meanwhile I’m sitting there just waiting for her to finish she took a good 10 to 15 minutes on the phone when she finally hung up she proceeded to call her husband. Due to her lack of time management she rush the process My nails are uneven and she hurt me while Filing them. She was very rude during the whole process. I also had schedule an appointment for my sister at 11:00 for a manicure and she did not get seen until 11:30 (because everyone was on break) when we told them that she had made an appointment the nail technician looked at me and said you never confirm (which I did over the phone) so I never penciled her in unfortunately she couldn’t get her nails done. They were annoyed and bother for doing their job. Once I finish, I was drying my nails in the fan for what seemed like 2 minutes when a lady walked in wanting to get her nails done the nail technician then decided to take her and told me you can go you’re done not allowing my nails to fully dry. I like to give 2 stars only because of the lady who did manicure... there is no hospitality and proper treatment. I went for manicure and eyebrows threading..manicure was good. The lady who did eyebrows was very harsh. She was very arrogant and doesn’t know how to treat clients. She was very impatient and didn’t give time to relax for 10seconds also in between.. when it was hurting I asked her to hold on for a little time, she said “ I know it hurts,but you have to keep holding. You are not supposed to take a break or move.” Though it wa hard I thought okay. Again, when I asked for mirror she said that I could see at the end.. I said I just want to see. She was like “ Offf 🤷🏻‍♀️🙄 OMG” It was really hurt by her actions. I thought if complaining but the owner was busy in getting her dyed and the same girl did billing also. I had my nails done on March 2nd and on March 11th I noticed one of my nails got infected.I contact the owner and she did nothing to help me.All she wanted was for me to find a private doctor that she would pay but I couldn't go to emergency. It was weekend and I couldn't get a appointment and I was also working. Thank God my boss had a doctor friend who lives near his house so he saw me and prescribed the medication. On the following monday he asked me to go to the office for a full examination and drainage. I contacted her with the bill and she never replied.Please be very careful doing nails...
