You responded to me when I posted on my other profile all transparency my phone was repairable between AT&T and you’re Asurion agent. No one explained to me that you will replace my phone with the same exact type of phone so over the course of three days I was given the runaround and lack of information. It wasn’t until I got into the actual store that I find out that the phone that AT&T broke, not only had the information I was looking for, but was completely empty and now it was being fixed at a cost to me which there should be no cost involved at all, your store should’ve done what you agreed to do which was complete the repair your storage chose not to on a phone that I own. And I wanted to keep all cracks because it was the type of information inside of the phone that I was trying to get an access. I’m glad that there was somebody available who offered a solution to the problem because it was really about the data not the actual device.
Now as far as customer services is concerned, the woman, Miss Keyanna, who was in the store is the only reason why you have any kind of redeeming anything because as a disabled person in the store I wasn’t even greeted. I gave the gentleman my phone and the first thing he said to me without knowing my name or any of the situation was oh well it’s out of warranty. We’re not gonna be able to do anything with it. That is not how you approach your conversation with somebody who’s been frustrated and been dealing with phone and insurance and liability issues over the course of three days. The lack of customer service is why y’all got one because there was a way to not indemnify me further and assist me without making me have to respond to you accordingly I match energy...
Read moreI brought my computer here for what I thought was a relatively Simple repair, replacing the USBC port. I had dropped my computer so it was cracked in the area but it was still charging and turning on, I just had to charge it at super weird angles, so I was sick of having to find the right angle, and figured id just get it fixed. This was beginning of September.
After like two weeks they called me and told me and I quote “it is unrepairable.” Basically it said it would charge but wouldn’t turn on even though it charged and turned on when I dropped it off! we went back and forth, they told me they could send it out to a higher level tech which they did. They tried to make excuses for why it would be broken even though I paid the diagnostic fee to have everything checked out just in case there were other issues.
They sent out my computer and then it got sent back because they didn’t ship it correctly and they had the guts to call me and ask if I still wanted them to ship it out again… obviously… they sent it out to two higher level techs and then claimed it was fixed.
Took two months for what they originally said was a 4 week repair. I finally picked it up, and lo and behold it’s actually not fixed. So basically I paid them like $60 to break my laptop and obviously I had to buy a new one. Genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life, I could have just saved my money and time AND computer if I had brought it somewhere else or just kept it myself and charged it as weird angles. So awful and I’ll never go to an ibreakufix again because the customer service people online were even worse and more rude to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Go...
Read moreDropped Flip4 off for repair after cracking the back.tech confirmed all parts were available and pulled them upon arrival. I received a call that they did not have parts that tech picked up parts for a different zflip only to find that out after taking the phone apart. I was told parts could not be ordered, and a replacement was needed that they would put it back together, and i could come pick it up. The question is why would replacement be needed if only back was cracked. Come to find out, it's because now that the phone has been opened, it keeps coming apart, exposing the motherboard. 2 When they called me to tell me I needed a replacement, I asked if another store had the parts. He told me they were only able to call neighboring stores such as Wayne and Paramus, and neither store had them. I then called asurion, in which I was about to pay a deductible for a replacement. While on the phone with asurion, something told me to call the neighborhood stores that the tech said didn't have the parts and what do you know Wayne had them and said know one from kearny called. Im thankful Wayne had the parts because after opening it, I now have a phone that keeps falling apart, exposing the inside. If Wayne did not have parts, I would have been forced to pay a deductible for replacement because Kearny opened the device while having the wrong parts all along. As I type, I have to keep closing it back together until I get to Wayne in...
