Well, this is a story that calls for high merits on the team. On Tuesday, I had someone show up at my house while I was at work to take a look at my skimmer system for a possible replacement but for whatever reason, instead, he went to the filter and moved it while the filter was running and it was on automatic timer for the filter. I came home to find my system operating in backwash mode and I couldn't stop the water from spill from the backwash hose, no matter the position (moving back to filter position) after I shut the motor off. The pool was emptying. I was very scared. I called their emergency services at 8:20p and Onelia picked up on the first ring, understood my cause and quickly reacted. She called back in 9 minutes to tell me someone would come to aid the situation. Rafaels showed up and knew exactly what to do - disconnected the hoses and put everything back together again and got the whole operating system up and running by 10:00p. I was fortunate the motor didn't burn out, as the gasket was moved too. I ask the ? - "what if" the call wasn't answered in a jiffy - "what if" someone wasn't available to come help me - I'd have an empty pool, then to follow, a collapse. This is something I will never forget - I will always remember it was InfiniteBlu who actually saved my pool. My advice, all - go with a full service company like Infinite for your pool needs, not some "run-of-the-mill" character who is not licensed or properly trained, and to add, was afraid of my "older filter system" and mentioned that in a call. Never again. I will also add, I used Infinite to close my pool last year and open this year - the cover was the best I had ever received and everything came out good. My water is crystal clear - in the past, with other places, I've had a lot of cloudiness, green and other issues - my water...
Read moreMy daughter called Infinite Blu to get there above ground pool started. My daughter just bought this house in Kenilworth and the pool was in bad shape. They charged my daughter over a total of $900.00. My daughter kept calling them saying the pool was still disgusting. They even sent her pictures of someone else's pool saying that all the work was done. Finally I called and spoke to a woman who said she would get her expert on the case. My daughter said that who ever finally came got the pool in ok shape. Then my daughter got a bill for an additional $1100.00 for the work that should have been done originally. My daughter spoke to the woman in the office and told her she wasn't going to pay for something that should have been done initially. Also she was never told that anytime anytime they sent someone out she was going to be billed. Now my daughter called me and said that the Company withdrew an additional $1132.00 from her credit card without authorization. Totally unacceptable and fraudulent. I think that it is time to take Infinite Blu to court. Needless to say my daughter put the...
Read moreInfiniteBlu just wrapped up a major pool renovation for me, and they did a fantastic job! We truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! My wife and I are thrilled with how it turned out, and most importantly, the crew executed the work and the plan exactly as we had discussed at the onset of the project.
The Project Lead, Joey, was friendly, genuine, highly knowledgeable, and most importantly, he was trustworthy. I felt 100% confident in his recommendations. Whenever I surfaced any concerns or questions, he always put my mind at ease and made sure I was comfortable with the direction things were headed.
With regards to cost, and based on other quotes I received from other companies for the same work, we felt InfiniteBlu’s price was very competitive, and best yet, they didn’t go $1 beyond the cost in the initial proposal.
If you’re preparing for, or looking into renovations to your pool, I’d highly recommend using (or at least having an initial conversation with)...
