I was a new customer to A-1 but my family was not. I purchased a new washer and dishwasher early July and was told the dishwasher would not be in until December, I was okay with this, but my washer they have in stock all the time and I could get anytime. When I called about a week later to get the washer, I was told they had only one in stock and the leg was broke. Another shipment would be in the following Tuesday. Tuesday, came and went no phone call. I had to call and them to be told not in yet, but should be in by end of week. Friday came and went no call. I call again to be told now would not have for another 1.5 weeks. I was furious. I was not made because the washer was not in, but I was made on the customer service that not once did I get a phone call with an update on my appliance I had paid for and that they were misleading on the stock they keep on hand. Bought and paid for a Samsung washer and dryer set on october 6th. Was told it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. After repeatedly having to call them over and over again to inquire as to why I still had no washer and dryer after 3 weeks, I didn't receive any follow up calls to inform me as to what the delay was. I had to initiate all contact with them to find out what was going on. The salesperson was friendly but not very diligent about keeping me informed as to the progress of them fixing the late delivery. Finally received the set a couple days before Halloween, and while they did give me a free set of hoses because I had to wait nearly a month for my set to be delivered because of a mistake on their part, my overall buying experience from this place was highly lacking. Let me tell you how customer service is supposed to work!!! We have bought from A1 for quite a while!! Our GE fridge got destroyed by hurricane IDA!! We searched many brands and retailers to replace our 10 year old GE fridge. I decided to go to the one place I knew that provided personal care and service!!! A1!. Met Rodney! He matched the best price on the internet!! Sadly our new GE $4000.00 fridge craped out in 15 days!!! Called A1. Rodney said we will do everything to make this right!!!
