Las Carnitas — Restaurant in Kenner

Las Carnitas offers some seven tables in a simple setting. That's fine. Some of the best food comes at simple restaurants. Not here, though. My daughter ordered the Lomo Saltado - it was ok. The meat was tough. I ordered the tallerin saltado. It came swimming in a sauce. I've never seen that before at a restaurant in Peru. They were out of the chicha morada and the tallerin verde. I love this place, food is excellent....nice and excellent customer service.....most important thing ..... prices aren't high.... we called the CUSULITO.....because the size of the place but the good thing about it is that you can talk with the persons next to you...or you can share table and meet new friendly people......over all i highly...
