We originally had an epic party package scheduled for January 6th at 12. A few days before, a representative called to get our pizza order and confirm details. Our household got the flu, so I emailed Skyzone to reschedule. We rescheduled for January 13th at 12:15pm. On January 12th, I realized nobody called to confirm details, so I had my husband call. The representative on the phone said they did not have a party scheduled for my son and he would have to call his GM. After about twenty minutes and no call back, my husband called again and was told the GM hadn't answered. We got a voicemail at 7:45 pm telling us that we can have the party on the 13th, but it would have to be at 12:30 and be in a different room. We said fine. On Saturday, January 13th we arrived at Skyzone at 12pm for the party, as the instructions said to arrive 30 min prior. The girl at the counter had no knowledge of our party and had to ask for assistance. I had to ask her for socks and my son's birthday shirt and then he went to play. At 1:23 my husband inquired about the party room and the young lady said it wasn't ready yet, she was cleaning it. When we got access to the party room, food and trash was on the floor. I started to set up my son's decorations while the young lady brought up presents etc. People started coming into the room, but no announcement was made and no party host was around, so I went to the front at 1:45 and asked if an announcement was being made. The young lady up front who i asked was eating, so I asked who our party host was. She said she was, but she was trying to help someone find their bag. We served our guests food and drink and had to go back downstairs to ask for drink refills and a knife. We then prepared the cake and served it to our guests. After we did that, we did presents and cleaned our mess. No party host to be found, and no help was given. We did everything ourselves. The only time we were asked if we needed anything was after we had already gone downstairs to find out host and request something. When we asked for the manager, he came to speak with my husband, but said he couldn't offer us anything because we had already paid in full. I was not aware we had paid in full because the young lady up front said she would find us before running the total so we knew. Overall, this experience was stressful and not at all what we expected, nor paid for. We paid for a stress free party with a host to help set up and tear down, in addition to being around for anything we need and we got nothing. We had to ask for the party, ask for the food and drink, ask for the announcement, etc. We will never book another party here again, which is unfortunate because there's not many places for kids to have...

Well I just got a call from my mom that they charged her card a monthly membership for a parent to jump (yesterday). She used her debit card to pay for me to jump at my son's party. I specifically asked, "Can she pay cash for me to jump." representative said, "No, we don't accept cash." Yeah, I see why they don't accept cash- so they can charge your card again without asking!!!!!! I asked also, "Is this a one time charge for me to jump just this day". Representative said, "yes". Bold face lied to me to my face. They shouldn't have charged my mom's card bc that isn't even the main card used for the booking. They should never charge a friend or relatives card when they can't get ahold of the main account holders card. We cancelled that membership at the end of December. They sent an email January 5th saying it was cancelled. Well my mom called and said she was on the phone with them for 40 minutes trying to get them to take her card out their system and give her money back on her card (her card was charged yesterday for a membership parent jump). She even checked to see if the charge was posting from December. Nope, that transaction showed the next day. This was a whole new charge. But if the account was cancelled in December then they shouldn't be able to charge any card that was used in connection with that account. They said the account holder has to call and do that. So they can charge a guest of a party's card WITHOUT asking the account holder or card holder, but they have to have the account holder to APPROVE them removing the person's card from the account and giving them their money back. Backwards and should be illegal!! I just tried calling 9 times and no answer. DON'T EVER USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD HERE!!!! They lie and are thieves. And they don't allow cash! Use a prepaid card if possible to pay for a one time jump, bc if not they will keep charging your card! I picked to leave a message and their mailbox was full. If I don't hear back from them I'm reporting them for theft and contacting BBB. And it was not a misunderstanding of policy! My mom and I were lied to! I want them to give my mother her money back and purge all of our information out of their system. Names, emails, waivers, all credit cards (ours and our guests), the fact that we bought an elite package, had my son's party there, EVERYTHING! Y'all are dead to us. Never again and won't be suggesting you for any friends or relatives...
Read moreOriginal: The staff was incredibly patient with me and my family. The food was also surprisingly good for a trampoline park. Johanna was also incredibly kind to my daughter, so much so that she actually asked to say goodbye to Johanna before we left. Overall, there’s been a lot of improvement since my last visit almost a year ago.
Update: I recently went back and I couldn’t not be more disappointed. The workers watching the kids would rather play around or simply do nothing before they’d do their job. The children everywhere in the park were out of control because it was as if there was no one there. When I was trying to check in for the party, the girls at the counter must have been brand new because they acted like they knew nothing about how to do their jobs, they truly made checking in a nightmare. They constantly had to call my host, who turned out to be the girl my daughter befriended during my last visit, to help them get my party checked in. If she was the only one who actually knew what needed to be done, I do not see why she wasn’t the one down there to begin with.
Aside from all the negative, the food I ordered at the fuel zone was ready way sooner than I had anticipated, taking into consideration the wait for food at the time of my last visit. I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and it was great!! I had to go back for another one! My host as well was wonderful, from the moment we were called into the room I did not have to worry about a thing. My host served everyone pizza and the platters I brought, cut the cake, served the cake, decorated the room, served drinks, took pictures for us, and so much more. I most likely will not return because most of my experience was simply not enjoyable, but my time in the party room did make this trip...
