Mattress Lux — Attraction in Kennesaw

Absolutely horrible experience. This place just wants your money and doesn't care about your comfort nor the horrible quality of mattresses that they sell. I went there to look into buying the idle mattress, but was instead directed towards a more expensive mattress... which I ended up buying along with an adjustable split king frame. After waiting for the products to arrive, only one delivery guy delivered the bed, although I paid for two guys to deliver and set up the bed. Therefore, my boyfriend had to help the delivery guy unload the mattress and the frame and help him install them. I told the store owner and he refunded us back 100 dollars. However, he also forgot to send all of the items that we purchased. Finally.... the mattresses that arrived were not the correct size of mattresses that we ordered. We got twin mattresses instead of two twin XL mattresses. Also, one of the mattresses smell so bad of mildew that it has stunk up our entire room. The frames are also worthless to us, because they are too short for my boyfriend to fit on. Therefore, his head hangs off the bed. Furthermore, when I wake up every morning after sleeping in this poor quality mattress, my shoulders and hips are extremely sore and my neck feels as if I can not turn it. I called the store owner and explained this to him and he basically said "too bad, you only get store credit." Even worse, none of the other mattresses he carries will work for me... so now we are stuck with worthless, unusable mattresses. In the end, this store owner only cares about getting money and nothing else. Stay away. He'll talk your ear off the entire time about how much mattress experience he has just to convince you to buy a mattress from him, but if that mattress doesn't work out for you... then tough luck, he...

Customer Service is what it's all about - and Matt & Gabriel delivered! I had already tried a bed-in-a-box, but had returned that mattress. I have a bad back and was on the hunt for a mattress that would give me the proper support, so I thought I'd try Mattress Lux. Matt was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! The first mattress I tried from Mattress Lux did not help my back pain. So Matt took the time, over multiple visits, helping me determine the proper mattress. My wife & I settled on a BedGear mattress and Matt exchanged it as advertised. We ran into a couple of manufacturing defect issues with the foundation (from a different company), but Matt promptly addressed those problems and corrected them.

As for the BedGear mattress, we love it. It's a modular system, so my wife and I have separate firmness for the coils on each side of the bed. She prefers a softer mattress than I do. My back pain has subsided significantly and is once again improving. As an added benefit, the BedGear has great ventilation. For years I would frequently awaken in the middle of the night because I was too hot (while sleeping on "cool" mattresses). I have not once awakened in the middle of the night for being too hot since sleeping on the BedGear. I can't say it feels any cooler than past mattresses when I go to bed, but it certainly doesn't heat up during the night like previous mattresses did. Their ventilation seems to work very well.

I purchased a Naturepedic King bed and Naturepedic Childrens Twin bed with waterproof covers for all mattresses from Mattress Lux; I’m out of state and did it over the phone because I could not find any stores that compared to the knowledge Mattress Lux had! Mattress Lux focuses on YOUR body and preferences, without any preconceived agendas or notions. I have a physical disability that makes it very painful to sleep and lay down. Plus, I have 3 small babies that wanna climb on me all the time! So it can be a struggle with our current mattress. They worked with me to find the right solution for my disability. They were NEVER pushy or rushed me. It literally took me over 6 months to decide which mattress would be the one for my injury and saved up the money. They made me feel confident in our purchase and were so gracious. We visited other mattress stores (to try the mattresses since we were out of state) and the other store workers were very pushy and had their own agendas. The other stores did not try to understand our physical needs and just pushed what they thought would work without ever asking how it felt for us. We were in the other stores and had to call Mattress Lux to help us because the other store workers did not know anything about mattresses.
