Wing Connection at 3055 N Main St. N.W. #101, Kennesaw, GA 30144 this is the worst place I have ever eaten at. I order 10 pcs wing basket w/fries, 5 garlic parmesan and 5 honey barbecue. I advised I do not like my wings fried hard and buried in sauce. I went to pickup my order during my lunch break and when I walked in the smell of old pine sol (like a spoiled mop) has been used. It was awful and I should have walked right back out the door. But, I was committed because again I was on my lunch break. Ordering somewhere else would've taken me past my allotted lunch break. The wings barely has any sauce on them. They was old looking and when I bit into one it was black on the inside. You know when food is not properly stored in the freezer and they become freezer burned. The fries was old looking as well. It looks as if this restaurant is on their last leg and just barely hanging.
Additionally, they did not have their score posted for consumers' to see. When I asked the guy about it he shrugged his shoulder's and stated "I am just filling in for somebody and normally do not work this location". I should have followed my first mind when I walked in and when that smell hit me I should've just walked out. I just wasted $15.35 and my entire lunch. This would be zero stars for me but you can't leave zero stars.
Whatever you do, please do not order from this restaurant. They have got to do better and offer quality food or just shut...

I placed my order Friday around lunch time in person and was told it would take 20 mins. I left to run a quick errand and returned, at that time the "owner" Paul told me my order was coming up, I took a seat to wait.
Another customer at the counter orders and was given my order and walked out of the store. The "owner" told me it was his mistake and I simply asked for a refund because I did not have another 20 minute to wait for a replacement.
He agreed and went to the computer and gave me a refund receipt. At that time I noticed this was NOT the corresponding void receipt. I showed him the total on my receipt was $27.54 did not match the void receipt of $25.98. I was told by the owner I was wrong, I again should him the sales number did not match on the receipts, and again was told I was wrong.
I've worked in the service industry for 9 years and used the same "Hot Sauce" system this establishment is using, Which is why I was able to spot this mistake immediately.
Not only is the "owner" Paul incompetent, rude, but also a CROOK!!! and told me to return with my bank statement. The burden of proof should not be placed on the customer when the OWNER of the establishment is clearly wrong.
I supported this business many times and thru uber eats, but I will NEVER...

After one time of the manager being so rude to us when they made a mistake and Paul was to take care of it on our next order we decided not to order for a while. So today we ordered 2 lunches on 2 different tickets to keep them separate due to the fact that we were paying one with card and the other cash. Pretty simple so i thought. So the rude person who took my order said "Oh no the card machine crashed and charged both orders to the card" what do you want me to do? I said that there is no way to run a credit card for 2 separate orders and the total be for both. And then he tells me it will take 1 day to refund money what you want me to do? If I make a mistake at work on my credit card machine, I void the transaction and re-enter information. This is the final order for us. Should have never picked up the phone to call you. And Paul feel free to call us on this one. If I could give you a 0 star...
